I felt disrespected by the doctor's tone. When I asked questions to clear my doubts, he seemed have attitude and was angry on me. He implied that I shouldn't question his expertise and told me to Google things instead. I'd like to suggest the Dr. Hansra to prioritize empathy and kindness. Patients may not have medical expertise, but they have concerns and fears. A more compassionate approach can make a big difference in their experience. After seeing this 5 star review I feel it's all paid one.
