Endangering Human Life: A Medical Malpractice Report. Dr. Vijay Bang performed an angiogram on December 22, 2022, to assess the extent of blockages in my father's coronary arteries. Shockingly, the results of the angiogram were intentionally altered to suggest a favourable condition for multiple angioplasties due to commercial interests, putting the patient's life at risk rather than recommending the more suitable bypass surgery (CABG) procedure. The images and visuals on the Angiogram CD starkly contrasted with the information reported by Dr Vijay Bang in the form of a diagram and the written report. This alarming medical malpractice led to a life-threatening situation for the patient, necessitating an emergency bypass surgery at a different hospital. This situation exposed the patient to high risks and placed an immense emotional burden on our entire family. According to Dr. Vijay Bang's written Angio report, he claimed there were only two major blocks in the Right Coronary Artery and a minor block in the left main (30%). However, the visuals on the CD revealed multiple blocks in the Left Main (80%), Left Circumflex (80%), and Diagonal LAD (60%), in addition to the two major blocks in the right coronary artery. This significantly differs from the report and indicates a serious and life-threatening medical condition known as "Widow Maker Arterial Blockage." This condition is classified as Triple Vessel Disease (TVD) with Left Main (LM) disease, according to cardiologists, necessitating immediate bypass surgery (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft), not angioplasty. Dr. Vijay Bang's manipulation of the angiogram aimed to perform angioplasty on the right coronary artery with the intention of conducting multiple angioplasties in the future for his financial gain, at the patient's expense. We only realized this manipulation on May 22, 2023, when Dr. Vijay Bang strongly advised us to undergo an Angiogram SOS Angioplasty for the second time immediately. At this point, we decided to seek a second opinion from another renowned cardiologist at the same hospital and had the Angio CD from December 22 reviewed. To our shock, multiple severe blockages were present since December 2022, from the time of the initial angiogram. Subsequently, we sought opinions from cardiologists in various hospitals, all of whom confirmed the presence of multiple blockages with greater severity, necessitating bypass surgery since December 2022. In order to substantiate our concerns, we meticulously examined the Left Main RFR CD conducted on December 22 by Dr.Vijay Bang. The report stated an RFR value of 0.86, categorizing it within the Grey Zone. However, it is implausible that a mere 30% block in the left main artery, as reported by the doctor, could significantly push the RFR value into the Grey Zone. This sharply contrasts with the doctor's description in his report. This piece of evidence unequivocally demonstrates the stark contradiction between Dr. Vijay Bang's written assessment and the actual visual images captured on the CD. There was a significant discrepancy between the angiogram drawings provided by the doctor and the actual visuals on the CD. These discrepancies included variations in the number and size of the blockages in the arteries. The decision to proceed with angioplasty, as suggested by Dr Vijay Bang, instead of CABG, based on potentially manipulated angiogram results, had dire consequences for my father's health and emotional well-being. Not only did he undergo an unnecessary painful procedure, but had to go through mental trauma. The significant disparity between the CD visuals and the doctor's report constitutes a grave offence of misrepresentation, cheating, endangering human life, and medical malpractice. We possess all the evidence required to substantiate these claims, and anyone seeking more information is encouraged to reach out for further details.
