My mother had many complications and TAVI was done successfully by Dr. Ankur and team on 6th January 2024. All the staff were very helpful and took good care of my mother during her treatment.

My name is Dr. Gauri Pawaskar. Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar and his team performed TAVI on my mother at Saifee hospital, Mumbai. The patient treatment and caretaker facilities at Saifee hospital were superb. Dr. Amit Patil gave us a very reasonable package for her surgery. He helped us until my mother returned home.
She was suffering from RVHD for the last 25 years. She had severe aortic stenosis and pressure gradient across her aortic valve was very high. She had intermittent atrial fibrillation too. My mother described, "Dr Ankur being very kind" and his bedside manners were excellent. Her surgery was successful. The team made sure that my mother got proper post operative treatment. Six months have passed since TAVI and Pacemaker surgeries. She is doing well.

Consulted Dr.Ankur Phatarpekar at Symbiosis hospital for my fathers Heart Valve issue. Dr.Ankur checked all the reports and told us that the valve is damaged and needs replacement. We were advised to go for TAVI procedure for valve replacement which is the safest procedure for valve replacement. Dr.Ankur explained to us the details about the procedure and answered all the questions politely about the Heart valve issue. After Consultation we decided to go for TAVI procedure at symbiosis hospital. The Doctors and all the staff at the hospital are cooperative and polite. Everyone at the hospital took good care of my father (age 71 years) during his stay at the hospital. The TAVI procedure was successful and after the procedure Dr.Ankur met us and told the details of the completed procedure. Right from the admission process till Discharge it was nice experience at the hospital.
My fathers health is in good condition after the procedure and not experiencing any health issue related to Heart valve. Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar is highy skilled cardiologist and his kind and caring nature towards the patient makes him one of the best doctors for any heart related issue. I had got the Tavi procedure done for my mother-in-law Mrs. Sarojini Sinha aged 68. We were told that Tavi is one of the most sophisticated surgeries in heart valve transplant which was the only option available for her heart condition. Considering the complexities and conditions we were really worried but, Dr. Ankur and his highly competent team made the things simpler for us. They not only did a great job in surgery but also ensured a seamless experience providing all the support. Thanks to team and Dr Ganesh who took really good care of patient. With their relentless support my MIL is back on her feet and doing well.
