I recently had an unexpected medical issue and was fortunate enough to find Heart and Vascular Super Speciality Hospital in Ghatkopar, Mumbai -- just around 20 minutes from the airport. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and well-equipped the facility was. The hospital is open 24x7 and has state-of-the-art infrastructure, including an operation theatre and a cath lab, making it ready to handle emergencies and complex procedures at any time. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional care I received from Dr. Karan Anandpara, a highly skilled vascular and interventional radiologist. I had gone in without any prior appointment or medical documents due to the sudden onset of DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) symptoms. Despite being a walk-in patient, Dr. Karan was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened to my concerns patiently, asked all the right questions, and conducted a thorough evaluation. What I appreciated most was his calm, compassionate demeanor and the way he explained everything in simple terms, helping me understand the condition, the treatment plan, and the necessary lifestyle changes. His knowledge and confidence immediately put me at ease. He prescribed the appropriate medication and gave me clear, practical guidance for follow-up and recovery. The hospital staff deserves equal praise -- every nurse, technician, and administrative member I interacted with was polite, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This hospital is very poorly managed. Most of the staff are unprofessional and not well trained. The service is not good at all, especially at the reception. They keep passing responsibilities to each other and do not seem to care about the patients. The admission process takes around 2 hours, and even after that, the treatment starts after another 2 hours. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The only good thing here is the doctors -- they are skilled and helpful. But a hospital needs both good doctors and good service. Sadly, the service side is very weak and also very expensive. Worst experience overall.

My mother got chest pain so Dr Meghav shah operated her she underwent Angioplasty doing well now. Overall experience with his treatment was excellent and staff was good with good food.
