Very Bad experience here-: 1)Receptionist sitting at this clinic doesn't have a sense to speak. Very arrogant. 2)This is a pathetic clinic with sub standard staff. 3)Doctor (Ms. Rane) is equally disgusting and money minded instead of focusing on proper treatment of baby. 4)This clinic is LOOTMAR clinic. No coordination between staff and Dr. 5)Their facilities and cleanliness is of a local substandard NICU and the facility is absolutely unclean with a cooking kitchen right adjacent to the nicu where nurses who entered the nicu were cooking food.the nurses do not clean their hands before picking the child. 6)Dont know how these people are running this clinic. Won't recommend to anyone please 7)very very third class forth class medical centre

This is a pathetic clinic with sub standard staff. My new born was admitted to NICU and the facility is absolutely unclean with a cooking kitchen right adjacent to the nicu where nurses who entered the nicu were cooking food. The clinic will just ask for money right from the point you enter. Their facilities and cleanliness is of a local substandard clinic and they will ask you for cash (CC they charge 2% extra), the nurses do not clean their hands before picking the child and i am not sure what happens outside of visiting hours. Would strongly recommend not to fall into the trap of this clinic and completely avoid the doctor as well

As a new father to a two-day-old daughter who required admission to Shivani Medical Centre due to a health concern, I initially expected special attention for her, given her importance to me. However, I came to realize that all children were receiving the same level of care, and I now understand and appreciate the hospital team's dedicated efforts. In a moment of frustration, I expressed a desire to have my daughter's doctor attend to her at home and unfortunately displayed rude behavior towards Dr. Deepa Rane. Upon reflecting on my interactions with Dr. Deepa Rane, I must commend her for her kindness, generosity, and support throughout my daughter's hospital stay. The hospital staff also provided exceptional care during this period. I sincerely apologize to Dr. Deepa and the hospital staff for any inconvenience caused by my actions. To fellow parents, I recommend maintaining composure and placing trust in the expertise of the medical professionals caring for your children; they are undoubtedly in good hands. I am pleased to share that my daughter was discharged after three days of hospitalization and is now at home in good health.

Very unresponsive staff and callous attitude. Was told urine culture results will be available in evening. No feedback after couple of calls and messages with us being in time crunch for international travel. No oversight by the attending doctors who also own the business.

Disgusting and Not recommended at all. My newborn baby was admitted in hospital (NICU) for two days however price charged for three days. Non co-operative staff and absolute pathetic management. Doctor (Ms. Rane) is equally disgusting and money minded instead of focusing on proper treatment of baby. Will recommend everyone not to visit this clinic at all and blacklist it.

Doctors are good but the place is sooooo crowded that we cannot even get 5 minutes of their time. The management is pretty bad and there's no sitting area for so much crowd. Had to stop visiting because there is no space to wait for so long with a sick baby

Best Doc in town Dr Anand and Dr Deepa are not only best Doctors but a geniune and honest Doctors they have been seeing my children since 11 years I have experience best treatment and hospality from Doctor and their well trained staff I am honestly thankful to Shiani Medical Centre

I am very thankful to god that I met such a great doctor DEEPA mam , she is next to god , Very polite, down to earth and helpful in panic situation, very supportive and so much understanding nature... and her staff also having good sense to handle, arrange so many patients ,, THANKS DEEPA MAM GOD BLESS YOU
