I was admitted to Shreejii Hospital & Research Centre in June 2025 for the treatment of Dengue, and I am deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism I experienced throughout my stay. I would especially like to acknowledge Dr. Nilesh Ghorpade, the Chief of Internal Medicine, whose clinical expertise, calm demeanor, and reassuring presence played a key role in my recovery. The Resident Medical Officers, Dr. Ajay Yadav and Dr. Rohit Yadav, were highly attentive and responsive, regularly checking on me and explaining each step of the treatment clearly. A special mention must go to Dr. Priyanka, the Head of Administration, who ensured that all processes ran smoothly and that the needs of both patients and their families were well addressed. The nursing care was truly exemplary -- under the leadership of Ms. Blessy, Head of Nursing, I was fortunate to be looked after by the ever-efficient Sister Yogita and the kind-hearted Brother Simon, both of whom attended to me with genuine warmth and patience. The front desk and billing team also made a significant difference in reducing the stress of hospitalization. Ms. Shital at Reception was courteous and helpful throughout, while Ms. Sonali and Ms. Swati from the Billing Department handled everything with clarity and efficiency. I would also like to thank Mr. Karan from the support staff, whose quiet but essential contributions made daily life more comfortable during my stay. Finally, and most importantly, I must express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Jagdish Singh, the Chairman and owner of the hospital. His presence in the hospital is not merely symbolic -- he is personally involved in ensuring that each patient and their relatives feel cared for. His rounds and interactions were a source of reassurance not just for patients but also for anxious families. His compassionate leadership truly sets the tone for the entire institution. We had a very disappointing experience at your hospital. We were charged 10,000 for isolation, yet the patient was never isolated by your staff. When we questioned the billing team about it, they casually responded that the insurance company will pay, so why is it a problem? which is completely unacceptable. On the first day, we specifically asked the doctor about the need for isolation and he clearly mentioned that it was not required. Yet, during final billing this charge was added and we were asked to pay. When we raised the concern, one of the staff members, Sister and admin priyanka said that the doctors are visiting consultants and may not be aware of the hospital's internal protocols. If that's the case, why are such doctors being allowed to treat patients in your facility?

Shreejii hospital & research centre is one of the best hospital in Kandivali area .The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff . Doctors are also amazing & not only knowledgeable but also approachable. I felt comfortable asking questions and discussing my concerns. Very good experience at the hospital the staff was very helpful and always had a smiling face to lift spirits. I was admitted for appendix removal under Dr. Anupam Shukla. He is such a down to earth person and extremely confident. He explained everything very easily and I was discharged within a couple of days. No extra tests no extra stay. Highly recommended doctor for anyone who needs surgery done.
