"My experience with this hospital was a mix of good and bad. The treatment and the doctor were great, but the behavior of some staff members was extremely disappointing. They lacked basic manners and respect, especially when interacting with the relatives of patients. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but it is crucial to treat everyone with respect, especially those who have traveled a long way to visit their loved ones. When I was going to visit my relative in the ICU, I was subjected to rude and disrespectful behavior. The staff's approach to communication was unprofessional and hurtful. While I couldn't express my frustration at the moment, this experience was far from acceptable. I hope the hospital looks into improving staff behavior and training them in better communication and respect."

The doctors are very experienced and humble .
Dr.Nikunj Pawar is a doctor having extra ordinary thought process .Some of the specialties of the hospitals are
1. All the staff is well mannered and take utmost care of the patient .
2. The passages and landings are having ample of chairs and also couches with storage for the relative's convenience
3. The canteen is more like a nice cafe with beautiful Voka paintings and also musical nights are arranged for the patients for quick healing.
4. Human values and dignity is very well nurtured and protected here.
5. Food is awesome with good taste .
6. Good hygiene and cleanliness is maintained.

Best hospital I came cross to, I brought my father for emergency consultation, Dr. Pawar suggested bypass surgery and he is best in his skills, from day of admission till the date of discharge it was a smooth journey, they have experienced doctors, experienced staff, always available when ever need, provide quality treatment, take care of patients so well that there is minimum stress to family members.
