recently had an exceptional experience at MAX multi-speciality hospital . From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was seamless, with minimal wait time, and the facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comforting environment. The medical team was outstanding--doctors took the time to explain my mother condition and treatment options clearly, addressing all my concerns with patience. The nurses were attentive, ensuring I felt supported throughout my stay. The hospital's use of modern technology and equipment gave me confidence in the quality of care. Additionally, the food was surprisingly good for a hospital, with healthy and tasty options. The follow-up care and communication post-discharge were thorough, making my recovery process smooth. I highly recommend MAX MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITAL for its compassionate staff, efficient service, and top-notch medical care.and CRE department is very helpful. Plz visit this hospital with insurance.

The overall experience of the hospital has been degrading after takeover from Alexis. Super expensive treatment. Sometimes, the doctors recommend other doctors from the same hospital for no reason. They will charge you 4 digit expense even if the doctor says 'Hi'. The staff does not care for the patient. when you call the nurse they will take their own time without even thinking that the patient has called them for help. The real cost for treament always goes more than the estimate they give. if asked to give summary they don't even give proper answer. It seems that the hospital has taken the patients for granted and works like government hospital. Overall the hospital is going only for money. I believe Alexis was far better than MAX before takeover.

Max Nagpur is the worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. There one and only one intention is to loot and exploit hard earned money of the patients. For this their staff can go to any level. Sadly few leading and honest doctors are associated with the hospital but management is using their names to make money. Sorry to say even after paying premium for each available services, they are failed to provide even any sub standard level of services. If you complain, supervisor and management tries to let go your problem or gives cold shoulders. Will not recommend and advice all not to visit this hospital.

I recently visited Max Hospital, Nagpur, for an appointment with Dr. Mohammad Faizan (Cervical Surgeon) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but the doctor arrived at 12:30 PM. When he finally saw me, he appeared to be in a hurry and did not take the time to properly listen to my concerns. He recommended an MRI scan costing 8,000, which I completed the same day. However, after the scan, there was no doctor available to review the report or guide me on the next steps. I also observed that several other patients faced similar issues, left waiting without any follow-up or proper communication. Such lack of punctuality, patient care, and coordination is unacceptable, especially in a reputed hospital setting. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their services and respect patients' time and trust.

Disgusting Experience - Alexis Hospital is a Joke Alexis Hospital should be ashamed of their pathetic and irresponsible behavior. My mother went for an MRI today, and the staff didn't even give her the emergency sponge/button that every patient is supposed to get during the scan. She was stuck inside the MRI machine, panicking and shivering. She even shouted for help twice, but nobody responded. What kind of hospital ignores a patient's voice in the middle of an MRI? And the worst part? When I questioned them, they lied straight to my face, saying they did give her the sponge. That's a complete lie -- she was given nothing! I told them to check the CCTV cameras to prove it -- and guess what? The staff member casually said, "There are no cameras." Seriously? No cameras in an MRI area? What kind of messed-up, shady setup is this? How are you even running a hospital without basic monitoring? This is not just carelessness -- this is pure negligence, lies, and zero accountability. My mother went through a mentally traumatic experience, and they had no shame, no apology, just excuses and lies. Alexis Hospital -- you have completely lost our trust. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your loved ones, stay away from this hospital. Alexis Hospital = fancy building, zero humanity. Unsafe and unfit for real medical care.

I would never to go to his hospital again, this is the worst hospital I have ever seen. My father had an accident in which he lost some part of his middle finger and other fingers were also affected. I told them I have insurance, so Intentionally they delay finger surgery by 20 hours just make use of insurance claim. I have seen my other families facing same problems. Doctors are good by management is worst. Not sure for how many days this hospital will survive if they run only after making money on the cost of patients blood.

My mother was admitted in Max Hospital Nagpur for about 20 days out of which 14 days was in ICU. The entire experience has been a wonderful and seamless..The entire staff including the doctor, nurses, supporting staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They have done the impossible for us. Faster and full recovery would not have been possible, had the staff were not helpful, caring and dedicated. Kudos to the entire team. Regards Avik Gupta

Got admitted in emergency, under dr shri N Wadasker sir ji. Recd the best care and trtmnt in sicu. As appreciation word will be less during this stay, A1 class in all aspects. Wud lk to mention some names of doctors and staff. Dr Ramteke sir ji, dr nandini mam Nursing staff, TL Shamim ji, TL Sana ji Sis trisha, sis varsha , sis dipali And the whole porter staff. No complains and no issues Thanks dr vadasker sir to make me fit and healthy again. Wud lk to visit always whenever I am sick. Brother Anu really helped wenever needed. Very efficient, skilled and smart professioned staff. Dr shri Ketan chaturvedi's visit really helpfull.
