The service is good. The results aren't good even after 10 cycle of drops. No response over phone or sms. Will see tomorrow physically at clinic. I have viral conjunctivitis which has spread to both eyes now. There is a board displayed "if you review in Google , you will get discount" - seriously who does that. 115 reviews so far...don't know how many ate genuine. Let's see Complaint - I had some foreign object sensation in right eye 12bdays back. Remedy by Mukund Oke- Foreign object and symptoms of conjunctivitis. Took drops for 5 days no relief. Again went then drips changed but no relief. Remedy by Poonam Harkut -. It's steroids given by previous doctor so do ps changes. She said it's viral conjunctivitis. Drops continued for two days but no relief. Remedy by Karandikar You have bacterial + viral conjunctivitis. Next two days will be hell for you to o remove all seed from eye. Saturday onwards you will start healing. He had changed entire course or drops.

Yesterday visited dr pankaj harkut,for opinion of one of my relatives regarding heart disease. He adviced angiography and subsequently angioplasty was performed. Overall flawless and pleasant experience.i strongly recommend him for patients of heart attack and heart diseases.

We are visiting since 4-5 years to him, he is very helpful and listening everything carefully... Specially they call n as well as reminder for our health check up... Evening staff is soo good... Keep it up.. prism clinic

What amazing patience and politeness!!! I started visitng Prism for my kids' eye checkup during covid. The clinic is easily accessible and timings are comfortable. Also spects shop is inside clinic and cost reasonable. Dr Poonam's diagnosis is good and i really appreciate her politeness and way she handles kids. Staff is equally polite and cooperative.

Doctor Poonam Harkut was very professional but the lady at the front desk reception is very rude and has a terrible attitude and no manners of how to speak to patients. Request the doctors, if they read this to take necessary action.
