Not Worth the Money - Very Disappointing Experience
We visited this hospital recently and were extremely disappointed with the service. Despite spending our hard-earned money, we did not receive the level of care or respect that any patient deserves.
The security guard and receptionist were especially rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was completely unacceptable, and they treated us more like a burden than patients. If the front-line staff act this way, it raises serious doubts about how other departments function.
We felt completely let down and strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Patients deserve better treatment, especially when they are paying for healthcare services.

I was admitted to the hospital on Monday for angioplasty.
Captain of the hospital team leads from front synchronising with the tagline "Dil ka ilaj, Dil se..", so is the team.
Nursing staff is very punctual and they stay alert all the time. To name the few sisters Pratiksha, Laxmi,Ranjita etc.
I will always recommend this hospital to my near and dear ones for heart medication.
