I recently visited VIMS hospital for my child's treatment, and I was truly impressed with the quality of care provided. The pediatric staff was incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my child felt comfortable and safe. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and had a child-friendly environment with colorful decor and play areas, which really helped ease my child's anxiety. The nurses were gentle and patient, and the administrative process was smooth and quick. I'm grateful for the excellent care we received and would highly recommeded VIMS hospital to any parent looking for trustworthy and empathetic medical care for their child.

Priyadarshan hande was very good in treatment and have that understanding nature to understand the problems of patient and from relatives also. Front desk staff is very cooperative specially mr. Pawan, ms.natasha, ms.alfiya Nursing staff 3rd floor and ICU is too clever in patient care Housekeeping is very good in cleanliness and also in hygiene washrooms are in excellent conditions with all amenities. Valet parking's driver are very cooperative pathak driver aarif driver and Shahid bhaiyya Security staff is very polite and supportive ms vidya mam security staff is very good Just a little suggestion that need of cctv cameras in lift ..is imp Discharge process is too fast...

My daughter in law delivered her child here.. right from admission to discharge, the entire process was seamless..The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and helpful..They pay attention to cleanliness in detail. Rooms are a bit small but that I will overlook due to several other positive factors..Will recommend this place to others..Thank you team VIIMS..including all doctors, nursing staff and other workers..

Overall good service, both In there general ward and private room. Food, breakfast provided on time. Cleaning of floors and washroom happens 3 time every day minimum, overall Very hygienic environment. Ample of parking spots available for both 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers. In private rooms, TV and personal washroom is available. Separate dustin bins are available for various waste. Staff is active and always on available using call bell near every bed. PS: No one should be in state to go to hospital (stay well all) , but if you do here is a good one you can go to.
