The entire staff of Viveka hospital is extremely helpful and polite. The hospital is fully equipped with top notch procedures so that the patient doesn't have to run anywhere. Would recommend this as one of the best hospitals in Nagpur. Dr. Balankhe sir is one of the most approachable doctor.

The extraordinary care and outstanding skills of the doctors there makes it ideal place for laparoscopic procedures; such as gall bladder removal. We found Dr Abhay Chaudhary a great clinician with nice surgical hand . Complex gall bladder with multiple stone was removed quite meticulously. Think Twice Before Choosing Viveka Hospital, Nagpur This review is a follow-up to our experience at GT Memorial Hospital, where Dr. Balanke transferred my father to Viveka Hospital -- an institution that, in our view, appears more focused on selling expensive packages than providing ethical, patient-centered care. What happened: After being admitted late at night, my father was placed in the MICU. By the next morning, we received no updates whatsoever -- not even a basic health status -- until I strongly insisted on information. It wasn't until 11 AM that a person identifying himself as Dr. Jagtap finally appeared, telling us to wait for Dr. Balanke. In that brief interaction, he casually mentioned that my father had suffered a heart attack the previous night and would need to be kept in the MICU for two days "to stabilize." To this moment, no one has explained what exactly "stabilizing" meant or what treatment was administered during that time. Now the shocking part: Tracking down Dr. Jagtap felt like chasing shadows -- he was constantly unavailable and dismissive. When we finally managed to meet him on the second day, he let another OPD patient walk into his cabin at the same time -- completely disregarding privacy and basic medical ethics. His words left us stunned: "Why waste time and money? Your father is old, he doesn't want treatment, and frankly, I have no interest in treating such cases. If you insist, I can treat him -- as long as you're willing to pay a good amount." This statement was not only unprofessional -- it was downright inhumane and exploitative. Final outcome: We immediately decided to shift my father out of Viveka Hospital. The discharge process was dragged unnecessarily, clearly designed to pad the bill. Despite only one day of oxygen support, we were charged for two full days in the MICU, while the second day saw no MICU-specific intervention. A second opinion confirmed that those two days were wasted, medically unnecessary, and potentially harmful, as they delayed the right treatment. Summary of our experience: Zero communication and transparency Emotionally abusive and unethical behavior from medical staff Fabricated justifications for inflated charges Wasted precious time in critical care situation Disregard for basic human empathy and patient dignity Conclusion: If you value your loved one's health, emotional well-being, and your own peace of mind -- stay away from Viveka Hospital, Nagpur. Our experience was a nightmare marked by exploitation, negligence, and a complete lack of accountability. We left with nothing but frustration, emotional trauma, and a hefty, unjustified bill.

We've never had such a bad experience anywhere else. They took 1100 before the checkup but didn't even give 11 seconds of attention to my mother, who had a issue with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. After making us wait an hour, Neurologist Dr. Dhruv Batra came in, didn't speak to us or examine her--just asked the nurse and wrote prescriptions worth 5-6k plus expensive tests and left. Totally commercial, rushed, and careless. Dr. Dhruv batra is ruining this hospital's reputation.

Our experience with Dr. Batra at Viveka Hospital was deeply distressing. The patient was admitted under his supervision for further investigation on 2nd June 2025, despite being in a relatively stable condition--he was eating well and speaking clearly at the time of admission. However, once admitted, Dr. Batra kept the patient in the ICU for five days without providing any clear explanation or diagnosis. Throughout this period, we received no meaningful updates regarding the patient's condition. Despite repeated inquiries, Dr. Batra failed to communicate what was being done or what had changed. Tragically, the patient's condition significantly deteriorated under his care. When discharged on 11/6/2025, the patient was in a far worse state than upon admission--unable to eat, drink, or even recognize familiar faces,the doctor just made a hospitals profit. This experience has left us heartbroken and completely dissatisfied with the level of care provided. We urge others to be cautious and hope that no other family has to go through a similar ordeal.

Good service with some of the best doctors in Nagpur. Better staff. Patient get all food and cleaning facilities there. Parking space available. Prime location and near to Subhash Nagar Metro station. It's a reputed hospital and people come here from different part of city and also from other neighbouring towns.

Highly Recommended Viveka Hospital & Research Centre Nagpur Subhash Nagar... Special Thanks... Dr. Ajay Sakhare Sir and Dr. Abhijit Deshmukh Sir has done a successful treated on Ram. The doctor is exceptional, 95% of the patient has recovered. There may be zero pain in the last two days, nothing is serious... The internal plank with bacteria from Rut-H was found to be inflamed, according to an endoscopy. Therefore, the released Sompraz HP tablet kit requires 14 days and then 30 days for Clarithromycin with Esomprezole tablet kit. I would appreciate if you could suggest this hospital.
