Recently my Mother was admitted due to Heart attack + Paralysis, her age was 80+ years, she was in ICCU for almost 5-6 days, I was continuously checking if she is okay, but night before last day I found that the sister (nurse) who was supposed to look during night duty was sleeping and my Mother had become restless due to saline drip had come out, I had to notify her to get it corrected instead they proactively making that effort thus the pulse came down from 116 to 96. It was total negligence from hospital staff and even from doctor Bambare as well. That night the security guard as well did not allow me to visit her in ICU after 3am....later what happened I don't know, early morning around 7am her ventilation machine started showing fluctuating reading to which she doctor did attend as he was on emergency visit but couldn't help much and my Mother suffered another stroke. They tried giving CPR, but it did not help and my Mother passed away. I just want to highlight here is that please don't go to this hospital, else anything can happen. It is better to visit other good hospitals around instead. I had found this hospital to be the worst treatment and no caring for critical patients. It was total negligence on the hospital side due to which I lost my Mother in the morning around 7:30am. Something did not go well that night and due to which They are good at making costly bills and have no particular care for critical patients. Recommendation is not to visit this hospital if you have critical condition or some kind of emergency. It is the worst hospital to visit during emergency, all staff including nurses and doctors are careless people. They don't care for the patient and just want to bill you as much as they can even during challenging times. Strict NO NO to visit this hospital.

Hospital is just fine... Not really recommend untill you have no option. It is quiet unnecessarily crowded. They have research centre and training institute as well. They do provide ambulance facility. They also have a pharmacist in the parking attached to the building. Parking is available.

Recently my dad was admitted and experienced was pathetic and third class!! 1. Don't go with the images shown from the website 2. It's unhygienic 3. Staff was good with the patients but didn't liked the overall experience at all WORST WORST WORST!!!!!

It's a good hospital, board is charitable, but still some charges are high. This time seen is mismanagement. If It's written Birla Ayurved, billing should be at Birla like physiotherapy for transperancy . X-rays done but reports were NOT GIVEN.This is not professional and also injustice to the patient. Rest staff is good,loving, it's clean.
