Dr. Godbole's Heart Care Hospital

Subject: Serious inconvenience faced at hospital canteen - Request for action Respected Hospital Management and Owner, On the morning of 9th July 2025 at 9:00 AM, I went to have breakfast at the canteen inside Dr. Godbole Hospital. After finishing my meal, I asked the staff whether they accept GPay (Google Pay), but they informed me that no digital payment facility was available. As I didn't have change, I handed over a 500 note. However, they said they did not have change and refused to return any. This was quite inconvenient. Since the canteen is located within the hospital premises, it is expected that they should always keep sufficient change and also provide digital payment options like GPay or other UPI methods for the convenience of patients and visitors. I informed them about this and suggested that they should maintain change and arrange for GPay. I earnestly request the hospital management to look into this matter seriously so that such incidents do not happen with anyone else in the future, especially as people travel from far distances to reach the hospital. Had a great experience at this hospital. The doctor, OT staff, housekeeping and nurses were all very cooperative and professional throughout. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was assisted promptly whenever needed. After the operation, everything was clearly explained, and they took excellent care during the recovery process. Truly appreciate the dedication and support of the entire team!

Since patients in the ICU are usually confined to their beds, we were unaware of the situation. For every question we had, we sought the help of the hospital authorities, and Yugandhara was the one who responded promptly and effectively, providing assistance to all those seeking medical assistance. Once again, thank you to Dr. Santosh Thakur, his younger brother and Yugandhara Koli, also the entire staff for their assistance and guidance throughout our stay.

I wanted to consult Dr. Shantanu Deshpande urgently regarding my dad's health. I would like to thank Yugandhara Koli (receptionist/patient coordinator) for making it possible for me during the busy hour.

Good staff , expert doctors and friendly people . Homely food in cafeteria and clean and well maintained rooms. I highly recommend this hospital for any kind of heart treatments and procedures . The emergency response team is also very good

The younger Dr. Yash Godbole sir is brilliant and straightforward. He is disciplined, dedicated to his work & explains everything clearly and honestly. His team of doctors, nurses & ward staff is good, they are polite & supportive. Also, the quality management team is regulary collects feedback for any service related issues. I think this plays an important role in maintaining & improving the overall quality of services. If any genuine issue found at the departmental level, you can escalate it to Dr. Yash Sir, he takes such matters seriously and ensures appropriate action should taken.
