Horrible experience with the lab technician Ms Geeta Sharma at Hiranandani Hospital in Thane GB Rd. Her behavior was rude as I went to submit the urine sample for Urine Culture as advised by doctor. They expect everything to be done by the patient even the name label to be sticked on the bottle, they don't want to touch it even with their gloves on. Why are they taking so much money for the test. I don't understand how can they be involved in this job when they can't do the basic thing, when I refused and insisted on my refund so that this can be done at a much cheaper cost outside, she had to call the house keeping staff to do such a simple task. It is better these tests are done outside at a much cheaper cost. This hospital is charging exorbitant prices to the patient for consultation and lab tests and their level of service is not equivalent to what they charge. I would certainly not recommend anyone.

The doctors explained the treatment clearly and took the time to address all my concerns. The nurses were extremely kind and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my stay. I have genuinely given a 5 star to the hospital and the service, Dr. Sundar Krishnan, all the staff are co-operate and ready to help you at any time. Nurses were so kind, polite, they will come and ask you if your fine. Cleaning staff thank you to them too they are always smiling. Thank you for the service provided

My husband srinivas was admitted due to breathlessness. Amazing team of doctors led by Dr.Sunder Krishnan, who is just amazing. . Dr. Sandip Fulphagare, puts you at ease instantly. The smile of Dr. Silpa Gupta comforted us. She is very precise and clear in her treatment.The attitude of the nursing staff, house keeping, office admin staff etc was amazingly cooperative, with a great deal of personal touch.They all have a contanst smile which is very assuring. Heartfelt gratitude.
