My sister was admitted in this hospital for 4 days. In this 4 days doctor was not available for treatments and just giving excuses. I will not suggest to go this hospital for emergency.

On 24.06.22, due to critical emergency, I got myself admitted to Matrix Hosp at Thane West. I was told that Dr. A. Khan Urologist would visit next day morning for commencement /suggestion of treatment. On next day after postponing scheduled visit on 3 occasion, I decided to take forced discharge and shift myself to Fortis Hospital, where I was given half treatment in thitry minutes of admission under medical emergency. I was literally lying at to mercy of staff and sisters and only general physician who had no knowledge of Urology with critical nature. AVOID MATRIX HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS
