I had Acl reconstruct surgery at care hospital bhubaneswar on dt 02.07.25 and done by Dr Sandeep singh. Dr Sandeep singh is a very highly skilled dr but 1st he is a good human being and very friendly to all his parents and treating like his family. And I stayed at 7th floor single room the floor staffs are very caring and supportive all room service are good food service is very good.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Mitali Kar (Neurologist) during a recent visit for my mother's treatment. She was experiencing severe lower back and waist pain. Dr. Kar prescribed MRIs and multiple blood tests, which cost over 50k. She also prescribed some medications. However, after taking the medicines for 2-3 days, my mother's pain worsened. Dr. Kar's team then advised us to purchase three pain-relief patches costing 1.5k each. However, only one patch was available at the hospital's pharmacy, and they refused to apply even that one unless all three were available and suggested one pharmacy near the hospital to purchase and i did the same. After that they did let us know how to apply the patch on the body. Concerned by the lack of improvement, I visited Dr. Amitav Rath the same day. He was extremely professional and quickly referred us to a rheumatologist - Debasis Mekap. The diagnosis was rheumatoid disease. My mother has been under the rheumatologist's care for the past three months and has responded very well to treatment. Her pain disappeared just one day after starting the new medication. While I continue to visit Care Hospital for consultations with other doctors, my experience with Dr. Mitali Kar was deeply disappointing. The initial diagnosis was incorrect, and the treatment was unrelated to the actual illness. I sincerely request the hospital management to look into this matter. If a doctor is uncertain about a diagnosis, it is better not to prescribe treatment until proper evaluation is done. People have suggested her name that's why I visited for a check up which went into vein. No doubt she is a great doctor but my experience is bad. I am good with other doctors with whom i am currently taking help for the disease from other department of care hospital.

Heartfelt Appreciation for Care Hospital Staff Visiting a hospital often brings anxiety, not just about the doctor's diagnosis but also about the staff's behavior. My mother and I visited Care Hospital on March 22, 2025, for her diabetes check-up. She is from Assam and had undergone gallbladder surgery in December. Throughout this journey, she was under the observation of Mr. Jatashankar Mohapatra and Mr. Utkal Khadanga, and we received excellent support from the hospital staff.A special mention goes to Sudesini Pradhan, whose dedication and compassion truly made a difference. She is not only committed to her work but also deeply caring, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported. At first, I mistook her disciplined nature for strictness, but as I interacted with her, I realized she has a warm and kind heart. The genuine care and attention she provided to my mother were beyond words, and I noticed that many other patients felt the same way about her.She has a remarkable 360-degree approach to patient care, ensuring everything--from admission to follow-ups--is handled smoothly. No matter when I reached out, she always responded with warmth and professionalism. My mother, a 69-year-old Assamese woman, is usually soft-spoken and reserved, but before we left, she said, "Sudesini madam feels like my own daughter." That, in itself, speaks volumes about the impact she has on her patients. Thank you, Sudesini Ji, for your unwavering care and support. Keep up the incredible work!

I had a terrible experience today at CARE Hospital, located in the heart of Bhubaneswar. Despite its central location and high reputation claims, the hospital is extremely mismanaged and disappointing in every aspect. Exorbitant Charges, No Proper Services: The hospital charges huge fees from patients, but in return, provides poor facilities and no proper medical services. Compared to other hospitals like Utkal, KIMS, and Kalinga, CARE Hospital is far behind in infrastructure, medical attention, and patient care. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The staff members are very few in number, and those who are present behave rudely and disrespectfully toward patients and their families. There is no sense of responsibility, urgency, or empathy. No System, No Updates - Except Billing!: When we asked about the delay and lack of updates, an employee casually told us that the "only system update is for billing" - that says everything! Patients are left confused, unattended, and helpless, while the hospital only focuses on generating bills. No Value for Human Life or Family Concerns: I went with my relatives today and was shocked to see how patients and their families were being treated. There is no transparency, no proper communication, and zero compassion. It felt more like a business hub than a healthcare institution. This is not how a hospital should function. If CARE Hospital continues this way, it will lose public trust very soon. I strongly urge the hospital management to wake up, take feedback seriously, and act before it's too late. My personal advice: Avoid CARE Hospital if you truly care for your loved ones.
