Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. My room was cleaned regularly, linens were always fresh, and trash was removed without delay. The team was courteous, respectful of my space, and always had a friendly attitude, which made a big difference in my comfort and recovery. Other Services (Cafeteria, Security, Reception, etc.): All support services were well-organized. The cafeteria offered a variety of meals, including healthy options, and the food was both fresh and well-prepared. The security staff ensured a safe environment at all times and were always polite and professional. Reception staff handled administrative matters efficiently and made check-in and discharge smooth and stress-free. Medical Services: From doctors and nurses to technicians and support staff, the hospital team demonstrated exceptional competence and compassion. I felt well-informed about my treatment, and all my concerns were addressed with patience and care. The medical team truly went above and beyond to ensure my well-being.
