I had one consultation for my mother with Amit ji, his behaviour, diagnosis was good except the staff and their behaviour. So we are resident of far location. It was not possible to come at clinic frequently. At the time of consultation I told Dr. Amit about the situation and he told you can connect with me any time on phone because we need to share the ECG results with him at the time of heart beat fluctuation advised by Dr. Amit. Whenever we tried to connect with him, her secretary always demands for 500 bucks first, which we have paid but no response from Dr. Amit which was really disappointing as a patient is struggling with issue and your staff is more concerned about the money. And even after paying, patient won't get the attention and response from the on-call facility which you guys are promoting. I would suggest if you're a local person visit him personally otherwise it's complete disaster.

Very bad hospital and doctors.. I have taken my father for angiography at C.K Birla hospital.. after angiography dr. Amit Gupta tells that there are multiple blockage in heart as 80-90% blockage in LMCA, 50-60% blockage in LAD, 90% Blockage in RCA and by paas surgery needed But when the Angiography CD watched by other doctors in Delhi, gurgaon and senior most cardiologist of SMS Hospital (I will not mention name here) everyone tells me that there are only one blockage in RCA and no any blockage in LMCA and LAD and no needs for any angioplasty or by paas surgery... now treatment is going with that doctor on medicine management.. now my father's condition is well...overall my experience with C.k Birla hospital and Dr. Amit Gupta was unsatisfactory.... I will suggest to every patient not to believe Directly on doctor's of C.k Birla without 2nd opinion...it will be matter of your money and health of your beloved one and I suggest you Dr. Amit Gupta just stop play with the emotions of innocent patients and their money also. They treated you as a god and came to your hospital for actual treatment, not to waste their money and health...
