I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received during my recent visit at manipal hospital . Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and distressing due to your unprofessional and rude behavior. From the moment of consultation, you appeared impatient and dismissive. Rather than showing empathy or concern for my condition, you spoke in a harsh and condescending tone, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a patient, I expected to be treated with respect and compassion--basic expectations that were clearly not met. Moreover, the assessment of my condition felt rushed and careless. You barely asked questions, didn't explain your observations or treatment plan clearly, and left me feeling more anxious than reassured. At no point did I feel like I was in safe or considerate hands. This experience has shaken my trust in medical professionals. I hope you reflect on the importance of communication and bedside manner in healthcare, and I sincerely hope other patients do not have to go through a similar experience.
