I called for Echo 2D and got very poor and unprofessional response. I am not sure who was on the other side on given contact number but he was very rude. I came from Bharatpur for some diagnosis in C Scheme and I enquired about the Echo 2D test and its fees. He immediately (using foul language) asked to come to ESI Hospital and when I asked that why not in C Scheme as I had another appointment there, he shouted like hell "jo bataya hai wo kar aur idhar aaja". If it was the doctor himself then its really poor as I know he visits Bharatpur also and should not speak to pateints like this and if it was some staff of doctor then he must be taught as how to handle the telephonic queries.
