The management staff highly unprofessional or the owner is very greedy. You will see stains and dust everywhere in patient room. During the 5 days I came to see that the management is very unprofessional. 1st we were alloted a room in which ac was not working. After 2 hours room was changed. Same happened with a patient. She was alloted a room and after waiting for 7 or 8 hours they were shifted to another room at another floor. For cleaning staff we asked for many times but nobody came for cleaning. 2 or 3 staff were good there who supported the patient otherwise every person was like nobody cares. Marna h maro jina h jiyo jo Krna h karo we don't care.
Hell mangalam plus medicity hospital.
I hope I will not visit again.

Outstanding Nursing Staff - Truly the Heart of the Hospital
I cannot thank the nursing staff at [Hospital Name] enough for their exceptional care and compassion during my stay. From the moment I was admitted, the nurses made me feel safe, supported, and treated with dignity.
Every nurse I encountered was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. They were always available when I needed help, answered my questions patiently, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
Their dedication, warmth, and tireless efforts made a difficult time so much easier to get through. It's clear they truly care about their patients, and that made all the difference in my recovery.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire nursing team - you are the true heroes of the hospital!

Hospital Review: Disappointing Experience at Manglam Medicity Due to Long Wait Times for a General Checkup
I recently visited Manglam Medicity for a routine general checkup, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite this being a basic health checkup -- something that typically takes 30 to 60 minutes at most hospitals -- I ended up spending over 4 hours at the facility.
1. Appointment Process
Manglam Medicity allows both walk-ins and scheduled appointments, but there seems to be little to no difference in wait times. I had booked my appointment in advance, expecting a smoother process. However, upon arrival, there was no effective system to prioritize patients with appointments. Everyone was asked to sit in a common waiting area, regardless of their booking.
2. Check-In & Waiting Time
The check-in counter was extremely slow. It took nearly 30 minutes just to get registered and receive a token. After that, there was a long, disorganized wait without any real-time updates. There was no digital token system or clear call-outs -- only occasional verbal announcements that many patients couldn't even hear.
3. Medical Staff & Facilities
The doctors and nurses at Manglam Medicity were professional and courteous, but clearly overworked. There seemed to be only one or two general physicians available for a large number of patients, which caused extensive delays. Basic diagnostics like blood tests, ECG, and BMI measurements were handled in different departments, each with its own queue.
4. Lack of Coordination
The most frustrating part of the visit was the poor coordination between departments. Every step -- from vitals to lab tests to consultation -- had to be figured out on your own. There was no staff guidance, no signage, and help desk staff were either overwhelmed or unsure themselves. I waited more than an hour just to get my lab reports transferred to the consulting doctor.
5. Amenities
While the hospital was reasonably clean and air-conditioned, the waiting area was overcrowded and uncomfortable. There were no water dispensers, limited seating, and nothing to make the long wait bearable. For a facility of this scale, the amenities were seriously lacking.
6. Overall Experience
Spending 4 hours at Manglam Medicity for a general checkup was a frustrating and exhausting experience. It reflects serious shortcomings in hospital management, particularly in terms of patient flow, staffing, and communication. Unless major improvements are made, I would not recommend Manglam Medicity for routine or time-sensitive checkups.

Review of Mangalam Hospital, Shipra Path, Mansarovar (Dialysis Experience)
I had a very disappointing experience at Mangalam Hospital for my mother's dialysis. Here are the key issues I faced:
Unnecessary Tests: I had already done all required blood tests a day before, but the hospital repeated them without a valid reason. When asked why, the staff gave confusing and illogical answers.
Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The dialysis staff was very rude. His name was Virendra Jangid. When I asked for the bill, they started misbehaving and even said things like "don't come here again." They refused to provide the bill. They also told me "free mai ilaaz kra rahe ho or bill mang rahe ho".
Insurance Not Accepted: Despite having both private and government insurance, the hospital refused to use them and told me to get reimbursement later.
Misuse of Ayushman Yojana: Under the Mukhyamantri Ayushman Yojana, a new dialyzer should be used for each session. But this hospital was reusing the dialyzer, which increases the risk of infection. They wrongly claimed that reuse is part of the scheme, which is false. Nearby hospitals are not doing this.
Extra Charges for Covered Items: They were charging separately for blood tests and injections, even though these are covered under the insurance.
Overcharging Despite Insurance: They also billed us separately for post-dialysis injections.
Overall Experience:
The hospital seems more focused on making money than caring for patients. Staff behavior was extremely rude when asked simple questions. I strongly suggest not to choose Mangalam Hospital for dialysis. There are better and more ethical options nearby.
I hope this helps other patients make an informed choice.
