Dr. Rohit Mathur

I recently called to book an appointment with Dr. Rohit Mathur and was informed that the wait time for an appointment is about a month. If you book appointment today than you may visit on 21-12-2024. While I understand that good doctors can be busy, I feel that a one-month wait is quite long. It would be helpful if the clinic could improve their scheduling system to accommodate patients more efficiently. I hope to see improvements in appointment availability.

Appointment delay. Doctor behaviour is rude. Not understanding proper. No satisfaction.

Worst doctor , sorry not a doctor but a businessman. He did my father's angiography and plastry in July 2024 and till today ie November 3, 2024 he suffered from serious dry cough and issues when we visit at his home based clinic he was busy in his phone and not give proper attention. I say to all not prefer him as doctor he is just a business men he want that person visit him and he will take money from patients without giving proper attention.

If you really love your beloved one then don't visit such professional called themselves doctor, please don't visit him, I visited him with My mother having serious cardiac issue and I insisted him to check the reports again but he replied it doesn't belongs to heart disease take rest for 15 days and come back. Same day in night I had to take care in emergency and within next 2 days on emergency basis surgery has been done by Dr. Sanjeev Sanghvi, there was a major blockage in veins, thanks to Dr. Sanjeev Sanghvi

What a greedy doctor, writes only low quality medicines.

apologies recommended to everyone Sir is very considerate and understanding He had personally called me for assurance honestly speaking for such a busy n respected doctor to call someone and attend to them at the earliest with a very humble way is honorable would likw to sincerely apologies for being judgmental and negative definetly very happy and would recommend evryone anytime

Very Disappointed to rate it. Hope they will read and understand that they are loosing faith of people. Highlights of my rating to (Dr. Rohit Mathur clinic run by dominating Om medical) - 1. Three puppets of Om medicals are the first entry. These guys appointed by Dr. Rohit are like Owner of Rohit Mathur's clinic. If you buy medicines from them, if you go for Lab testing by them - these guys can give you any preferred dates for appointments, they can break the sequence or que and give you priority pass to get consultation first. 2. All above activities by staff is full backed up by Dr. Rohit, even if you complain genuinely, he will never bother to listen. My parents (both suffering from high level of disease), were suffered a lot by these 3 staff members. 3. Dr. Rohit Mathur treats you well, provided you successfully pass entrance exam taken by his staff (medicine/testing from recommended place). If you fail to do so, irrespective of your age and diseases, they loose their inner human being. 4. Dr. Rohit Mathur always prefer patients who comes with some approaches, which we principally don't prefer to do. 5. Behavior at its worst. Just became money making.
