My 1 year old son got admitted to this hospital with dengue fever with fits. only after that, i came to know, that this fever has no medicine in particular, and only support systems has to be perfect, with all the precautions for further damage. He is fine now with the TIMELY help of doctors and nurses. i will take this platform to thank each one of them with heartfelt gratitude and happy tears.. this may seem too much to others but it will take only a mother to know what i truly feel. Here, in this hospital each one has their own quality of work . All the doctors had transparency on the phase my baby was on. Dr. Sharath Babu: He was my son's pediatrician, was very quick with the intervention. even off duty time he called and discussed about his health conditions to other doctors ( truely cared) Dr. Palpandi: explained each and every procedure Carefully and played lead role in my mental support. Dr. Mohan : i won't forget the way he rushed to the hospital when my son had medical emergency situation. he explained the phase my son was and how he was prepared for that. i really appreciate all the work done by nurses. Ms.Sarala Devi : she displayed good leadership skills and i admire the way she cared for my son. concentrated on room cleanliness more than others. Ms. Sri lekha: From date of admission till discharge she was there with care and followed each and every protocols Ms. Subitha : she did her job with perfection like sterlizing each and every instruments she used for my baby before and after use. Ms.Deepa: hostile personality.. during night shifts she sat literally next to the heart rate monitor and monitored vitals and documentation was perfect. From towel bathing to changing sheets she was very flexible on her job. Ms. Monika : she truely cared for my baby's welness and made sure all the rules of ICU be followed . i am thankful for Ms. Swarnalatha and Ms. Alagusundari who helped during crucial time throughout platelet transfusion process.. 100 percent recommended hospital even during medical emergency.. housekeeping services was upto the mark or even higher but no less... thank you everyone.. for returning my baby .. he might be one in million for you but he is only one for me...

I recently visited [Apollo cradle Karapakkam, 1st floor ] for my routine injection, and I was honestly nervous, as I've had painful experiences at other clinics before. But the nurse here was incredibly gentle and professional. She gave the injection very slowly, explaining each step, which made the whole experience almost painless. I really appreciated ESTHER sister the care and patience it made a big difference. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making me feel at ease!

Blessed to be referred to Dr Dhivyambigai. My twins are born healthy without any complications and I had the best possible maternity journey and recovery. Hospital facilities, nursing staff (Nurse Kalai, Nurse Harija and all the neonatal care nurses) are amazing. Maintenance staff Sugandhi and Sudha were very helpful throughout and maintained the place hygienically. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience, care and attention. Food facility for patient and attendant can be improved.

I had a wonderful experience at Apollo Cradle during my recent health checkup. The receptionist's guidance was clear and helpful, making the entire process smooth. The staff communicated everything transparently, and I appreciated the healthy food provided post-tests. A special thanks to Ms. Gayatri, the nurse who handled my blood test with great care and professionalism -- she was calm, skilled, and made the experience very comfortable. The entire team was well-organized, the environment was clean, and the service was timely. We recently welcomed our baby at Apollo Cradle, and our entire experience was truly heartwarming. From the moment we walked in, we felt reassured by the professionalism, warmth, and care provided by the entire team. A special thanks to Dr. Nithiyaa, who was simply outstanding throughout the journey. Her calm demeanor, clear communication, and confident decision-making made us feel safe and well-informed every step of the way. She answered all our questions patiently and provided the perfect balance of medical expertise and personal care. We also want to sincerely appreciate all the nurses and support staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive in making sure both the mother and baby were well taken care of--day and night. Their dedication and positivity made our stay very comfortable, and we're truly grateful for their service. However, one area where we felt disappointed was the photo shoot included in the package by First Click Portrait Lounge. The quality of the photo frame delivered was far below expectations. The edges were dangerously sharp, the print was of poor quality, and overall, it didn't do justice to such a special memory. We sincerely hope Apollo Cradle considers partnering with a different photography vendor in the future to enhance the overall experience. All in all, Apollo Cradle was exceptional in terms of medical care and hospitality, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to expecting parents. Just be cautious about the photography add-on in the package. Giving 4 Stars because of the disappointment from the photo shoot vendor.

From the moment we met him, he explained everything with patience and clarity, helping us feel at ease during a very stressful time. The surgery was done with great skill and compassion. Dr. Sivashankar's experience and calm approach gave us immense confidence. Post-surgery, he was always available for our concerns and follow-ups, ensuring our baby recovered well and comfortably. My mother underwent surgery here and was expertly treated by Dr. Rajasri J Shankar. The procedure went exceptionally well, exceeding our expectations. We were particularly impressed by the entire team: the hospitality staff were consistently kind and attentive, ensuring my mother's comfort throughout her stay. The housekeeping staff maintained a spotless, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the nurses and duty doctors were incredibly helpful, providing compassionate care and clear communication at every step. We are very grateful for the excellent care she received.
