Every thing was so perfect and planned. They were really empathetic except insurance desk during night release... Horrible experience after 8.30 pm. One staff and many released patient. Misbehaviour... fatigue. Ending was bad. Gave 5 star because of medical service, which was the objective.

I am Joyasree Ghosh, I have taken Zen pakage for complete body checkup. I want to say that, all the doctors and nurses are so well mannered and the facilities were top notch. The person who managed all our tests and doctors appointment Nurse P. Vineeth was excellent, I am mentioning his name because of his extraordinary service, for him, , I didnot have to wait and waste my time , he managed everything in a very efficient and effective manner. I am extremely impressed by his service and all the doctors were so good and well mannered. Overall I am very satisfied . Thank you.

Mr Vineeth and Mrs Sarasu Nursing staff, Mr Navewn and Mr Hari diet staff and all the staff were simply amazing. Mr Vineeth who was most of the time assisting us was simply awesome. While the doctors at Apollo are all very good, I must recognise the staff at Apollo Heart who are exceptional in helping patients, especially the nurses and Ms. Tamilselvi. Very grateful to all of them for guiding and helping patients.

Apollo heart center hospitality is very good like other branches. But I want to share my concern about 2nd floor reception staff behaviour, they do not clearly share info about waiting time for doctor consultation. Even after consultation no one was informed about when the report would be provided, it was lunch time so we were waiting with hunger. Staff should know if there is any delay in report preparation, it should be informed to patients, so they can plan accordingly. I hope it will be taken care of.

Full body test review part 1: I visited for the regal prohealth full body check for women, and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. I have hospital anxiety but I felt at ease in just a few minutes of starting the tests. The staff, nurses and doctors were very calm, helpful and professional. The place was neat and clean including the restrooms. I wish they placed alcohol spray in the restrooms though. Everything was very organized with minimal waiting periods. Female specific: I was a bit scared of the mammogram but it was not at all scary. It was uncomfortable as there was some pressure but not painful. Reading about mammography on the internet maybe got me worried too much. The gynaecologist was very gentle and observant which made me feel at ease. Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital based on my first impression. I will be going back to collect the results and for the consultation soon and will post the review after that.
