When the angiogram initially seemed out of reach, I resigned myself to the situation. However, upon consulting with Dr. Anand, he instilled confidence and hope, reassuring us that the procedure was possible and that he could handle it with ease. The team took great care to ensure that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone worked with such dedication and warmth that even my wife and family, who had no prior knowledge of medical procedures, felt reassured and free from anxiety. Do not trust him. My father passed away at Apollo Hospitals Vanagaram on May 23, 2024, during an angioplasty procedure performed by Dr. Anand Gnanaraj. Dr. Anand Gnanaraj falsely assured us that the procedure was definitely doable, as indicated in the attached screenshot. I lost my father because I trusted his words. In my experience, he seems to be more focused on money than on patient care. He charged us for placing seven stents during the angioplasty. If he had done this in other countries, such as the USA, he would have been sued, his medical license would have been revoked, and he would have been imprisoned. Due to his errors and negligence, I lost my father, and our family is suffering immensely because of him. We were misled and cheated by Anand Gnanaraj. Please consider consulting with other experienced doctors. **DONOT TRUST HIM***

I was recently diagnosed with a triple vessel blockage ( 100% blockage in 2 arteries and 3rd one at 90%). The hospital where I got admitted had suggested that a by-pass surgery is the only option available - but also said it will be a very high risk considering My LV was less than 30%. We visited a few cardiologists/surgeons for opinions - the responses were quite different - 2 doctors suggested not to go for by-pass/CABG and go for an optional PCI, one suggested for by-pass or worst case a heart transplant. He is THE BEST DOCTOR for complex CTO angioplasty. Dr. Anand Gnanaraj, Dr.Premkumar, Dr.Sudha form an excellent team at Apollo Vanagaram, who gave me a new lease on life. My entire family is deeply grateful to all of you.

He is very responsive over the email to answer any question promptly and gives great confidence for major Block removal procedures. He has cleared 90% Calcium Block and the patient(My father) is doing great. I would recommend Dr.Anand Gnanaraj for any critical Angioplasty procedure.

Mr Krishnamoorthy is my brother in law who was having pain in the heart, got admitted to apollo vanagaram hospital during the last week of Mar 2024 after diagnosing 4 blocks. When CABG was recommended, considering the patient having been living alone and no one is there to help him during post CABG, Dr Anand took up the challenge and treated him with extraordinary skills through stenting procedure. It was really a herculean task in removing 100% rock like blocks. The entire procedure took four hours and finally the patient was brought back to normal.After one month, the patient had a review today. Dr Anand said Krishnamoorthy is back to normal now and can resume his routine activities. We have no words to express our gratitude to Dr Anand and his team. We wish Dr Anand and his team good luck.

Dr. Anand Gnanaraj did angioplasty for my 79yr old dad. My father had an attack, was diagnosed with multiple blocks (triple vessel coronary disease) which required a complex angioplasty procedure or a surgery. A friend of mine asked me to consult Dr Anand Gnanaraj @ Apollo Vanagaram. Dr Anand was very approachable, explained clearly what is required to be done. Did angioplasty with four stents to remove the blocks. Overall treatment process was very smooth...my dad is going well now. Thanks a lot, Dr. Anand and apollo team!

He is the best interventional cardialogist in Chennai rather I would say in the world. The experience which I had with him was when he treated angioplasty for my husband (42) was unimaginable. It was a miraculous surgery I would say for a patient suffering multiple small blocks was cleared in a single operation and placed 8 stent at a stretch is unthinkable. When almost top hospitals washed of their hands and my husband was counting his days, unfortunately through one of his colleague we came to know the doctor. Dr. Anand Gnanaraj took up the challenge and stood by it till my husband was completely cured through his surgery. My husband got second life because of Dr. Anand Gnanaraj which all my family members thank him from our whole heartedly. May God bless him and his family and let his greatest service to the mankind continue for all those needy.

Not a good doctor. He overdosed lasix injection to my mom and created electrolyte imbalance and hyponatremia. He also severely dehydrated her by giving just 300ml water per day while she was admitted for a simple nausea issue. Her health got spoilt due to his carelessness. Moreover, He is Very Arrogant. We regret getting into his trap.
