We went with chest pain complaint of my father and was admitted under Dr Dash. He was very understanding cooperative and provided the best care possible. He kept us informed at all the stages and was always available for our queries. He listened to ours concerns and was very patient with us. We have consulted Dr. Jyotirmaya Dash, Cardiologist at Fortis Vadapalni for my mother Mary Ratna Prasanna. The Doctor is so friendly and cordial, he has explained the present condition of my mother with suggestive treatment process with great patience. Even though we have expressed our inability to get the treatment done as per his advice he has changed the plan as per our convenience and finally we got PTCA done to my mother on 31.03.2023, the doctor is very well experienced and the procedure was successful. After the procedure he has taken enough time even in his busy schedule to explain how the procedure was done by showing all the visuals. Staff of the hospital made the process so simple and every thing was done perfectly with ease, the reception and admission process was so simple, they took care of my mother very well during the stay. My final impressions- The Doctor is wonderful and very well experienced, simple and understands our requirements, very cooperative, good human being and jovial.
