158986 -I am K. Chinnappan, 72 years old, with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. During an angiogram, it was found that I had double vessel disease. My case was reviewed by the Multidisciplinary heart team at Frontier Lifeline Hospital, and I was advised to consider either CABG or PCI to the LAD and LCX. After discussion, I chose to undergo CABG surgery, which was performed by my cardiac surgeon, Dr. Sanjay Cherian. Dr. Sanjay Cherian was highly professional, compassionate, and clear in his communication. He explained the procedure thoroughly, answered all our concerns patiently, and gave us complete confidence before and after the surgery. His reassuring presence and personal involvement made a significant difference throughout my treatment. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. The staff were kind, attentive, and supportive from admission to discharge. I felt safe, respected, and well cared for at every step. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Sanjay Cherian,Dr.Anand ,Dr.Praveen and the entire team at Frontier Lifeline Hospital. Hosital services are good. Cafeteria charges GST but does not issue a GST bill....

I would be immensely grateful and deeply satisfied with the experience I had. I walked in with tears, but walked out with hope and my life back. From the very beginning, the Receptionists, Security team, Hospitality, and Hygiene staff were all professional, kind, and highly dedicated. Their welcoming nature created a sense of comfort and safety. Coming to the medical care -- the Doctors were exceptionally compassionate, empathetic, and committed to patient well-being. A special mention to Dr. S. Sandhya, Cardiologist (Consultant) - despite her long hours and the physical demands of working in and out of the operation theatre, she never failed to patiently address every concern of both patients and attenders with kindness and clarity. The caretaking team - nurses, physician assistants, technicians- deserves a huge appreciation. Their continuous support not only ensured physical recovery but also brought mental comfort and positivity to the healing process. Hats off to this wonderful team! To be honest and fair, the only area where I would be critical or felt the experience could be improved was with the Insurance and Billing process. While most of the staff were polite and cooperative, I did encounter a couple of individuals (women) whose behavior came off as unwelcoming and, at times, slightly rude. I choose not to name them, but I do hope the management addresses this for an even better experience overall. Thank you once again to everyone who made this journey easier. I recently visited Frontier Lifeline Hospital and noticed that the drinking water station provided plastic cups for hot water. When I tried to pour hot water, the cup started melting, which is a safety concern. I kindly request the hospital management to switch to safer alternatives, such as silver or stainless steel cups, to ensure better hygiene and safety for everyone. Thank you!

Dr. Sanjay has been an exceptional cardiologist and continues to care for my mother 2 years post surgery. He's leading a wonderful institution with patient care at its core and we feel valued in their care. We're quite satisfied with the hospital services and follow ups. Services under CGHS cover are done diligently.

We came with our father in law who was diagnosed with 5 blocks and under the leadership of Sanjay Cherian sir my father in law undergone bypass surgery and he is fine now. We thank the hospital team for such a wonderful hospitality Canteen was well maintained and excellent service by staff . Canteen maintained very neat and tidy.Food was very good
