This hospital is not taking care of their own employees !! For their own employees going on maternity leave , they pay only half salary during their maternity leave ( 1st child and first 6 months ) as well Government law says that have to pay in full , but they have their own policy This is bad @TN Gov please look into this

WARNING!! Read this if you want to be safe. I don't write reviews but people should know the truth. They scam poor people by overcharging & exaggerating unwanted illness. The management doesn't even trust their own staff to do their work. Billing staff made us wait for precisely 4 hours to process a bill despite having a huge hospital. This place only deserves a zero star. I've took my grandpa for checkup from CGHS around 2pm. Unfortunately since there was no doctor available, the junior doctor placed him in ER which I was charged for. The billing counter lady took and admitted him (which is really unethical since the nurse has to take care of the patient). They made us wait for so long. There was no response from the management until till 6pm only to hear that they asked to admit him for one day. That too forced to a point where they scare you like the patience is really unwell with the "fear of missing out" tactic. Too much exaggeration that he needs to be placed in ICU due to his old age (while he was walking all fine & normal) to which we were charged exorbitantly for 3 hours. After the sign, they charged disposable for Rs.4,000 which we visited for a normal check up. That too they're pushing off old stock plastic equipments. They're increasing the quantity on the bill and charge you more for their own use just to do business. What is funny is we bought the disposables as they asked, paid the bills and they returned the disposables like there no use for it now. Then why was I forced so much to buy it? It is a total rip off as the pharmacist doesn't even know what medicines were prescribed and tells different prices for one product which I've asked 3 times. There is a lot of miscommunication which led to unwanted arguments and waste of time. The reception staff are saying they aren't even trusting their own staff. The management is so worse that their miscommunication between departments would end up losing your life.

A good hospital where, starting from the reception, you get to see the touch of professionalism. The staff and doctors are friendly and give you a patient hearing. The better part is that the doctors wont put you through unnecessary tests and procedures.

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. It's not enuf to have jus the IQ required to be a doctor if there is no EQ, empathy or patience. Please train your doctors in the basics of humanity and how to interact with people...we are not cows to be herded any which way you want. Our terrible experience with Dr Balaji at Cardiac Care Unit Emergency Department will ensure that we will never ever recommend anyone to this hospital. He was curt, impatient and absolutely rude... he basically treated us as if we were idiots because we would not just immediately agree to what he said to admit my grandmother there. We tried explaining that we first needed to determine with the local family members and caretakers (being ourselves not from India) what needs to be considered before admission as the hospital was a very long distance to home. We had only come to take an outpatient consultation for 2nd opinion and had not expected to be put to the Emergency Department so if she was to be warded, it may be necessary to do so closer to home so that the family and carers would be close at hand to look in on her daily or for any emergency. Dr Balaji was impatient and extremely rude and harsh with his communication and did not have any time or patience to hear us out. He cut us short n did not even pretend to show any sympathy, support or offer any suggestions or alternatives. Very shocking attitude and behaviour indeed from a member of what we thought was a renowned and distinguished hospital. Shame! On the other hand.. a big shout out and thanks to Mdm Muthamilz and another skinny young man in blue scrubs (junior?) - sorry I didn't get your name - who were very kind and tried to address our concerns n questions best they could. Much appreciated . Regretably it was insufficient to negate the senior doctor's poor attitude and behaviour. Never Ever Again to this hospital.

My heart surgery was done at this hospital in 2005. Every single one ( Doctors, nurses, and all other staff) was so nice to me. Now l am a mother of 2 boys

KM Cherian Heart foundation is very great and trustworthy hospital. Starting from Dr. Anand who was the one of surgeon and consulting Doctor for my husband who did a remarkable job with the surgery. Joshila ma'am on the front desk calm and good hearted person who guides you on every part of your visit or stay in hospital and all the duty nurse's and staffs who worked 24/7 and took very good care of my husband pre and post his Surgery. Thank you vey much Keep up the good work.

I can't put into the words how supportive the doctors, staff members and everybody are, here. While understanding how dire the circumstances with which people come in, this hospital takes utmost care to ensure people are in comfort mentally and physically. Ever grateful to everyone here!

I would have given a zero star if there was one. We hopped in for a second opinion for a heart related complication instead of bypass for an alternative treatment called EECP just coz it was being done here. The doctor Mr.Epari Satish Kumar (Senior Cardiologist) was not even ready to talk about this non invasive treatment EECP that is called a natural bypass. Most of all when he was frustrated that he could nt convince us for Bypass he started showing faces, body language completely changed and was speaking as if if u want only that treatment then ur ward will stay on medication and sooner can get expired (by his body language and action). Absolutely had no empathy or care is what I personally felt. Not sure what treatment can others expect after they have put their knife on in the name of Bypass. If you are here for a Heart Ailment pls do Google up on EECP Treatment which can be a natural way to cure the underlying challenge with Blood flow (Ofcourse patient has to be fit enough from an eligibility perspective which can be diagnosed basis the angio report) . Though it's available here they don't seen to prescribe that here. Not sure of reasons. Wishing you /your ward a speedy recovery with ur ailment and to get well soon. Prayers.
