Worst reception experience ever. We went to consult a neurologist after taking an appointment. After waiting for one hour, we asked the receptionist, and they informed us that the doctor would not be coming. They didn't even have the basic courtesy or knowledge to inform us earlier. We were then told that another doctor would be coming, so we waited for another one and a half hours. When we asked again, they told us it was a general physician -- but we had come specifically to see a neurologist. Please improve your reception services.

I went for a consultation during my 8th month of pregnancy with zero hope but care and support of Dr. Kalpana devi mam was extraordinary which gave me hope for normal delivery. After 3 weeks of my consultation I was supposed to get admitted in hospital 2 weeks prior to my delivery date because of amniotic fluid leakage. With proper care of doctor and nurses I was blessed with a healthy boy baby through vaginal birth within a few hours. Not only doctors even duty nurses, cleaning staffs everyone was friendly and took care of me and baby like a family member. I strongly recommend Dr. Kalpana devi mam for those who are looking for gynecologist consultation. The best doctor and hospital.

Disappointed with the Reception and Patient Care Experience This is not the first time I've had a frustrating experience at this hospital, and it seems nothing has changed over time. While the treatment from the doctors is generally good, the overall experience--especially for walk-in patients--is extremely disappointing. The major issue lies with the reception and front desk staff. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and lack basic empathy for patients who are often in visible discomfort. Patients are made to wait endlessly with no communication or updates--and only when we raise our voices or complain does anyone even begin to act.

This review is by my wife - I recently delivered a healthy baby boy at MMS Hospital, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and support I received throughout my journey. I had returned from Dubai during my 7th month of pregnancy and was quite anxious about finding the right doctor in a new setting. That's when I came across Dr. Kalpana Devi, and meeting her was truly a turning point for me. From our very first consultation, Dr. Kalpana Devi put me at ease with her warm, friendly, and patient approach. She took the time to explain every detail thoroughly, and always ensured I fully understood any procedure or decision. This gave me a great deal of confidence and trust in her care. I eventually had a normal delivery after a very long and exhausting 15-hour labour, and the support I received from the nurses and labour room staff was exceptional. They were constantly by my side, massaging and comforting me throughout the entire process. I was also very thankful that my husband was allowed inside the labour room, which helped me stay calm and emotionally supported. I was discharged on the third day after delivery, feeling well cared for and truly grateful. This experience wouldn't have been the same without the incredible team at MMS Hospital and especially Dr. Kalpana Devi. I highly recommend her to any expecting mothers looking for a compassionate and competent doctor.

Worst hospital I ever seen. Every doctor in the hospital came late every time. I came with my mom, she is a sugar patient and we waited almost 2-3 hrs.

I was admitted for hb level low with anemia. I have consulted Dr.kalpana devi gynecologist. Sisters treating way was very good. Room is very comfortable and clean.Insurance team worked quickly and got the approval from the concerned insurance office.
