Extremely disappointed with their emergency response.
When my grandmother had a heart attack, I called the hospital for an ambulance. Despite telling them it's an emergency, they kept calmly responding.
We live just 500 metres away; the ambulance should have taken 1-2 minutes. But it never came. the next day they called and asked, why we had called them. By then, we had lost her.
This delay cost us a life. I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone, especially in emergencies. Please don't take lives so lightly.
