My mother was suffering from fever and was treated at Promed Hospital. The care provided by the doctors and nurses was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was attentive and professional. A special mention goes to nurse Ms. Seetha, whose support and dedication were unforgettable. She took extra care to ensure my mother was comfortable, explained the treatment process in detail, and always checked in on her with a smile. Her kindness and commitment to her work were truly remarkable, and it made all the difference in my mother's recovery. I'm incredibly thankful to Ms. Seetha and the entire team at Promed Hospital for their excellent service."

Very bad experience with the treatment for my kid. Just like that they prescribed xray for breathing problem though it was not severe. Doctor was exaggerating the problem. Because for the same problem, a different doctor prescribed better medication and medicine duration in the past in promed.

Was admitted here because of high fever but was left with a bad experience. 1.Multiple doctors visited me without giving any clarity on the cause or treatment of fever. (Suitable fees were charged by the hospital as consultation for all the doctors who visited me) 2. Botched lab reports for all the tests taken. 3. Reluctance on the hospital's side for my discharge. I felt they tried to extract more money by prolonging my stay at the hospital. Ultimately paid about 35k for around 2 days of admission and no final conclusion on the root cause of the disease nor its treatment. Wouldn't recommend visiting this hospital to anyone.

Dr Aravindan was my consultant orthopaedics surgeon. He took great care of me and ensured that I received completely care. Monisha from reception was also quick to alert the doctor on the issues. One of the best doctors I have met !

Had treatment for kidney stones in Promed.. Entire Doctor's, Nurses and the support staff were friendly and caring. It was like home and not hospital to me during my stay. Promed would be my one stop place for all health related issues. Would really suggest for my family and friends.

My father had angioplasty here for multiple blockages, including calcium deposits in a critical location. Doctors in our hometown were hesitant due to the complexity, but Dr. Arun Kalyanasundaram confidently handled the procedure. I'm very grateful for the exceptional care my father received here during his angioplasty. The medical team of Dr Arun Kalyanasundaram, including Dr Anand Manjunath, was highly skilled and compassionate, and they took the time to explain everything, which made us feel at ease. The hospital's advanced facilities and top-notch equipment gave us confidence, and the post-procedure care was excellent. The nurses and staff were attentive, ensuring my father's smooth recovery. Billing and insurance matters were managed efficiently by Ms. Malathy and team, who also offered further information and guidance whenever required. Thanks to their expertise, my father is now doing much better, and we couldn't be more thankful. I highly recommend Dr.Arun and his team for anyone in need of heart care!

I had brought my 77 year old mother for a consultation with Orthopaedic surgeon, Dr.Aravindan. Doctor's diagnosis and the plan for treatment was really good.. An amazing and confident doctor that I have ever come across. His cheerful, energetic and positive talks instilled a lot of confidence in my mother. The surgery went very well and we have got lot of hopes that my mother will be relieved of the pain that she was suffering from for many years now.. Special thanks to Dr.Thanga Durai too to have been so supportive till the procedure was done. Thanks to the entire Doctors team and the specialists / expert doctors in each area who have helped in diagnosing and working w.r.t the overall health of my mother. The admission process was smooth. Ms.Malathy, the PRO was very helpful and supportive all through from the time of admission till the time of discharge and assisting in all the formalities. Thanks to her team too. Nurses played a very important role all these days. Thanks to each and every sister who worked with my mother with lot of care and affection. Thanks to the physiotherapists too. Thanks to the support staff - the ward boys and girls and the housekeeping team.Would like to personally thank Vimala, Parimala, Manonmani & Banu - the ward girls for their assistance .. Thanks to the Dietician, Ms Abinaya, the canteen staff, the lab technicians. Thanks to Dr.Spoorthi too for making the process good for us.
