The worst experience! A doctor should be patient and understanding with their patients, but this one was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing care and reassurance, they made the visit uncomfortable and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

One of THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE. I booked an appointment by sending my staff there. The hospital staff told that I am the second person and only one person is before me so went there within five minutes. But to my shock and suprise the Other STAFF in the hospital WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to " GO OUT " Repeatedly stating MY NAME IS NOT IN THE APPOINTMENT LIST. I called my staff, placed it in speaker and THE HOSPITAL STAFF DID NOT EVEN LET MY PERSON ON THE CALL TO SPEAK EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS SAYING THAT SHE LEFT JUST NOW AFTER GIVING MY NAME FOR APPOINTMENT. BUT THE HOSPITAL STAFF KEPT ON ASKING "DID YOU COME TODAY" AND SAID "NO ONE CAME TODAY" IN AN AUTHORITATIVE TONE. I DID NOT EVEN GET TO SEE THE DOCTOR BECAUSE OF THE HOSPITAL STAFF SHE WAS YELLING AT ME IN A VERY DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. A known person recommend me this hospital but THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BECAUSE OF THAT STAFF. WE GO TO HOSPITAL FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSE BUT THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL SOLELY ON THIS GROUND.

The doctor (Dr. G Prathap Kumar) is definitely one of the best doctors however the clinic management is not per the expectations. The timings of consultation are incorrect. The Dr. Typically comes only by 07:00PM. The concept of appointment is totally mixed up. They give you an appointment however state the Dr would see patients as first come basis. The patients start waiting outside the clinic from 05:00PM just to ensure they go first. Even if we know we are the third or fourth patient, you cannot come late, as if there are others you would be pushed to last irrespective of the actual appointment order. Waiting time needs to be surely worked out by the management.
