Extremely Disappointed with the Service at SRM Prime Hospital
I had a very bad experience with SRM Prime Hospital. The post-operative care was extremely poor and the staff showed a completely lethargic attitude. There was no sense of urgency or compassion towards the patient. Despite repeated follow-ups, the response from the nursing and support team was unprofessional and careless.
Adding to the frustration, their coordination with the insurance company was pathetic. No proactive communication, no proper guidance, and it felt like we were left to figure out everything ourselves during a stressful time. This reflects a serious lack of planning and patient-centric approach.
Hospitals are meant to heal and comfort, but sadly, SRM Prime made the experience even more painful. Definitely not what one expects from a reputed institution. Hope they seriously work on improving their systems and staff behavior.
