BS Hospital Ooty

My grandmother had surgery and was admitted in the hospital. Dr Mohammad Ibrahim examined and explained what was wrong and what has to be done. He really took good care of my grandma with love and the surgery went really well! Thank you for your service sir! Dr Balakumaran, Nurse Lavanya, Nurse Shanthi and the entire team in ICU really took good care of my grandma the entire night. While admitted in the hospital, ward Nurse Elizabeth, Nurse Rithika, Nurse Mariya took care of my grandma with so much love day and night. House Keeping staffs clean the room for every 3 hours to keep the room hygienic. I would say this hospital is the best hospital in Ooty. I would recommend to give it a try! I Thank each and every staff of the hospital for your service with love and care! We really appreciate your work with Honesty, Love and Care!

Recently had a very positive experience at [BS Hospital in Ooty ]. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Dr. [Mohamed Ibrahim ] took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. The Nurses Vinitha ,Nirosa ,Rithika Asking also very kind and helpful, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hospital was very clean, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone needing medical care. Thank you for your excellent service! "My husband and I would like to let the entire birthing center staff for how wonderful they made the experience of having our first child. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy with epidural and I could not have done it without the encouragement. Thank you to all the staff who took such great care of us, we felt like the only patients there.I want to give a huge, heartfelt thanks to the nurses especially Vinitha & Elizabeth who took care of me in the room. Mercy & Rithika who took special care of my child inside NICU. Especially Mercy she didn't even sleep and took care of the baby whole night by feeding and making him sleep inside NICU..You had to put up with a lot and you were so wonderful about it. I was very difficult at times during labor but you guys responded with a smile and I give you credit for that.Our every need was met in a caring and professional way. Thank you again.. Dr Shiva kumari Mam is a wonderful person. She listens to the problems very patiently.we have always been very happy with her way of dealing with us(patients). The best part is she remembers the history of the case and gives the best treatment. I met with 3 abortions and this is my precious baby. she took good care throughout my pregnancy.The way she handled my pregnancy n delivery it's remarkable. She is a perfect blend of good human being and a doctor. Most humble and polite and of course most capable which always keeps her patients at ease. She is gem she is like a goddess . Thank u soooo much dr. Shiva kumari Mam for ur promptness for ur patience for ur friendliness for ur care ..... this platform falls short of praising her rather 'thank u' seems so trivial... Thank you sooo much, We had a great time in hospital in which the nursing team took care of dad homey. The doctors are very conscious about the admitted patient and explained the issues in details fearlessly. The housekeeping team done a great job. Fees and expenses was also reasonable.

Maternity care in BS hospital is great. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sivakumari ma'am; she is so dedicated and sincere in her profession. # Nancy & Bakiya, the nurses, encouraged and took good care of my wife for 3 hours for normal delivery. # Joice & Rithvika nurses were done daily checkup well. # Great effort by NICU staff, sacrificing their sleep and monitoring kids 24 hours. # Excellent Room maintance by cleaning team (always ontime cleaning).
