The experience for people who are waiting is really bad as more than 1 and half our we waited and too many mosquitoes, we tried to give suggestions to the staff but they are not bothering and really hot outside, no fans are also here the experience is really bad for the people who are waiting, but the doctor is good.

Dear Management, I would like to bring to your attention some serious issues related to patient care and waiting conditions at Balaji Heart Centre, Chandanagar. While we appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the doctor -- who is truly good and caring -- the overall experience at the hospital premises leaves much to be desired: Poor Appointment Planning: The patient appointment system is not well-organized. Despite having appointments, patients are forced to wait for a long time. Uncomfortable Waiting Area: Patients, including elderly and sick individuals, are made to sit outside in the corridor due to lack of space or facilities inside. Unhygienic Conditions: There is a serious mosquito problem in the waiting area, posing health risks. Exposure to Heat and Poor Ventilation: The outdoor AC units release hot air directly into the waiting space, making the area even more uncomfortable. There is no ventilation and no fans provided. Lack of Basic Care: Staff do not seem to be attentive to the comfort and well-being of the waiting patients.

Please avoid this hospital. He is fully comercial doctor I can say. My first consultation gone very bad. He unnessarly write test. We had 2d echo one week back and he is asid this is not a cardioc problem but still suggest to take tmt. He wanted to take the tmt on his own hospital I told him I have op insurance still he insisted me to ake other wise he will not check. This was truly commercials on it. He has doubt on other labs he concluded on it. And one more of anyone visiting first time please check this his fees. For consultation only 700 and with any report before we have for that 1000. I did not hear anywhere. Very bad. And he is not at confident with his 36 yrs experience.
