We visited PACE, Hitech for my husband Manoj Raman who was struggling with severe sciatica pain and for which we decided to go ahead with the spinal surgery It was done by Dr Sandeep Varma and his recovery was amazing with immediate relief and cure. The care offered during the stay, for the surgery and post op were amazing. The staff is very supportive and compassionate. They are very alert and mindful of patient needs and believe in quick redressal of any requests. The nursing and helper staff is very good too. Their commitment to patient care and relief makes me and my husband extremely satisfied and happy with PACE hospital. The management is also extremely vigilant and committed. They ensure optimal service standards.

Dr Ravi Chandra is really a cool and nice listens to all our problems and addresses very politely with good explanations. I have joined here for the problem of stones in kidney and bladder. The procedure was very smooth and even post the procedure the Doctor is very helpful in clarifying the doubts and and also gives precautions.

My daughter recently underwent a cyst/abscess removal surgery under the care of Dr.K.B.Lakshmi, and i am truly grateful for the outstanding care she received. Dr.Lakshmi is not only an exceptionally skilled and experienced surgeon, but also a compassionate and reassuring presence. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answered all our questions patiently. The surgery went smoothly and well-managed,thanks to her expert guidance. Her professionalism,warmth and attention to detail were evident at every step.The hospital staff were also courteous, efficient and supportive. We are very grateful to the entire team at Pace Hospitals for the care and compassion shown to my Mom during her treatment. From the beginning to discharge, every step was handled with professionalism, transparency, and kindness. The medical team, especially Dr. Ch Madhusudhan and Dr Parashanth provided us with confidence, clear guidance, and emotional support throughout a very difficult time. My Mom had a Laprascospic Cholecystectomy at another hospital and developed a severe bile leak that persisted for 4 months with a failed ERCP stent. My Mom underwent a Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy performed by Dr Madhusudhan and his team and the result was amazing and reassuring. The SICU(Surgical Intensive Care Unit)team was very professional, and special thanks to nurse Suma, who took great care of our mom with kindness and attentiveness. She kept us informed and treated our Mother like family during those critical post-op days. The general ward was well-maintained, with prompt nursing services and regular doctor rounds. The hygiene and cleanliness across the hospital were impressive -- the rooms, hallways, and restrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. The floor manager, Ms Teya, consistently ensures the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction. I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to the International Patient Services team at Pace Hospitals. Special thanks to Mr. Vikas(Head of the Department), Mr. Sindhu, Mr. Abu Saif, and Ms. Deepika for their exceptional support. They were consistently welcoming, courteous, and highly professional. Their guidance throughout the admission, treatment, and discharge process was seamless and reassuring. Their dedication to patient comfort and care made a significant difference during our journey. My father has undergone laser ablation surgery at Pace Hospital, Hitech City. Dr. Lakshmi kumar was excellent. He listened to my concerns, explained my diagnosis clearly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The nurses were also very attentive and caring throughout my stay. The hospital itself was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hospital to others.
