The doctor speaks very sweetly and has a warm, polite nature that immediately puts you at ease. Her communication is kind and comforting, and she seems very genuine at first. However, just a gentle heads-up to anyone visiting -- make sure you stay informed and aware of the costs involved. It sometimes feels like the financial aspect is a strong undercurrent throughout the process.
That said, I still respect her for the way she conducts herself professionally and personally. Just sharing my honest experience for others to make an informed decision.

Unfortunately had a bad experience, booked her appointment through Apollo app for online consultation, paid 850 rs for her consultation as well as Apollo's service charges.
Received the call from doctor at the schedule hour and I expected her complete attention and presence listening to my issue (as I have booked that slot), however the doctor seemed to be barely interested in listening to me, she was also seeing other patients at the same time which made me feel completely ignored and I had to work hard to get her attention and to complete my sentences. The doctor seemed rude, in haste and least interested in the online consultation for no fault of mine. Even the prescription shared later on Apollo app had incorrect mentions of my symptoms and diagnosis. I find this very unprofessional, afterall the online consultations are paid and not for free. When I am reaching out to a doctor for my ailments, the least I expect from the doctor is to hear me out in my slotted time and not multitask with offline and online patients. Very disappointed and leaves a bad memory with untreated conditions. Apollo app - please list Good doctors in your app and ensure that the money you are charging in the name of service and convenience is justified. Please do not cheat customers/patients like this

I went to Dr. Tripti Ma'am for the second opinion. My dad was advised to do angiogram but looking at the reports of the last two years I felt it's not required and Ma'am looked at all the reports and understood the history and advised for few more tests which were not done before and those reports came out normal and advised that there is no need for angiogram. I will continue to consult Ma'am going forward as she sounded very knowledgeable and took time to understand all the complaints with patience.
