What truly stood out was the cooperative staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. A special shout-out to Mr. VISHAL RAJ, who was incredibly helpful in facilitating my appointment with Dr. Satish Kumar. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire process effortless. It's rare to find such dedicated individuals who genuinely care about their patients. Overall, I am grateful for the exceptional service I received.

This hospital provides excellent patient care. Compassionate behavior towards patients, maintenance of clean rooms. Skilled nurses who cater to patients with special needs, including autism and ADHD. Efficient procedures, decent post-operative care. Friendly and supportive staff. Hospital's commitment to patient well-being is truly commendable.

Dr. Azhar Hussiani performed her operation, and we couldn't have asked for a better doctor--professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. The entire hospital staff was very supportive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. From admission to post-op care, everything was handled smoothly. Truly brilliant service. NOT RECOMMENDED... To the Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my wife had at your hospital's Orthopedics Outpatient Department. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of care and service provided to patients. My wife visited yesterday, the Ortho department due to severe pain in her thigh muscles. After waiting for over two hours, she was finally seen by Doctor, who advised her to get an MRI scan but did not prescribe any medication to provide even temporary relief from the pain. As it was too late yesterday day, she returned today for the MRI. After completing the scan, she waited again to show the report to Doctor. Upon reviewing the report, he referred her to another specialist. However, when she went to see the referred doctor, he was not available. The staff told her he would be arriving in half an hour. Despite waiting patiently for nearly two hours, the doctor never showed up. Frustrated, she went back to consult the first Doctor again -- only to find that he was also not at his seat. Exhausted, still in pain, and with no one to attend to her, my wife had no choice but to leave the hospital without receiving any treatment. This experience has caused us unnecessary stress, wasted both time and money, and left my wife's condition unaddressed. I sincerely request the management to look into this matter seriously and take corrective action to prevent such incidents from happening to other patients. Sincerely,
