Excellent Service and Patient Care! I had a very positive experience at Medone Hospital. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone was very supportive and explained things clearly. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses who made my recovery smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality healthcare.

This hospital was a major disappointment. It felt extremely commercial in its approach. On the night of 23/07/25, around midnight, my brother was brought in, nearly in a coma. He was given emergency treatment, including a CT scan and MRI of the brain, which I paid for. The doctor informed us there was bleeding and a clot in the brain. Around 3 a.m., we were asked to pay an admission amount of approximately 30,000. Since it was late at night and only I, my brother's wife, and his two children were present, we didn't have sufficient funds on hand. I requested the MOD, Mr. Manikanta, to allow me to bring the money after daybreak. However, he refused and insisted on immediate payment. He even went so far as to threaten to call the police if we didn't comply. I was taken aback by such unprofessional and insensitive behavior. Despite my repeated requests, he showed no understanding. He even questioned why we came to a private hospital without enough money and suggested we shift to a government hospital instead. His attitude was extremely inappropriate and distressing at such a critical time. By 4 a.m., I managed to contact a friend and arranged the required amount. We then discharged my brother and shifted him to Apollo Hospitals, where the doctors diagnosed the condition as a viral infection -- meningitis. He is now thankfully out of danger and recovering well. Don't ever visit this hospital.

Doctors treatment and nurses care was very good. Dr.Abhijeet and Dr. Narasimha sir way of talking behaviour was very good and clearly explained about our patient condition and treated very well. The non-medical staff and PRE was very good at work and their response towards the clearing about any complaints was very nice. Thank you so much for giving a very good hospitality service.

Dr. Neelima madam treatment and care was very good, Nurses care was good. Non medical staff and PRE staff way of behaviour and talking was very friendly PRE staff explained very well about discharge process, DMO doctors care and way of response was very nice and quick. We admitted my father to MEDONE HOSPITAL on February 12th and he was discharged on February 20th. While the doctor was good and provided the necessary treatment, the overall experience at the hospital was extremely disappointing due to unnecessary tests, poor management, and an overly expensive billing process. Unnecessary & Expensive Tests We were already aware of my father's health condition and had all the previous reports from December 2024 (scans and tests done just two months prior). Despite having clear and valid reports, the hospital forced us to retake multiple expensive tests. Some of these unnecessary tests included: Ultrasound-guided biopsy (which was already done earlier) PET-CT full body scan & Triphasic abdominal scan (redundant, as PET-CT already provides the required information) It felt like the hospital was more focused on maximizing their profits rather than patient care. Terrible Billing & Management The billing department is the worst part of this hospital. They have zero empathy and only care about extracting money. The management is equally bad--the supervisor assigned to us was completely useless. Instead of addressing patient concerns, she was busy gossiping with doctors and showed no interest in her actual work. Final Verdict While the medical staff was competent, the hospital's unethical practices, unnecessary tests, and money-minded approach make it a place I wouldn't recommend. Beware of their billing department--it's one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Rating: 2/5 (Only because of the doctor, otherwise it would be lower)

Medone hospital Kompally, Enough good care taken and really appreciate the efforts they keep about the concerns of the patient as well as attenders.. Highly recommended establishment. We treated by Pulmonologist doctor, Dr. Prashanth garu and he's was like a family and no words to explain his treatment of our health and love shown towards us was cordially speechless... Thank u medone...

@MedOne hospital Kompally We went through laser ablation spinctoroctomy surgery for my spouse. Surgery done by Mss Keerthy mam. She is a very nice and cool doctor. Explained everything cool. Recommended.
