Easily accessible as the location is very near to Metro and RTC bus stand, the hospital looks clean and hygeinic. Very few patients were there, so there was no delay while visiting doctor or in getting X ray done. Good that we get reports immediately. Dr. Sudheer reddy is good at his job and friendly, he did not suggest for the X ray right away, unlike other doctors. Charges are okay, on par with other hospitals in the surrounding. I think the staff need to be more responsive and attentive. Would be good if there are some friendly and smiling faces at pharmacy instead of rigid stubborn employees. Gets crowded during afternoon, better if they can issue tokens at OPD, need an admin to handle the public, as everyone rushes to the doctor chamber simultaneously. In overall it was good, recommended. Parking space is somewhat limited.
