We were admitted to Omega PRK Hospital (MoM & ToT) for my wife's delivery and could not be more pleased with the care we received. Dr. Sreelatha Jella guided us through the entire process with calm confidence and genuine compassion. She put in extraordinary effort to help us achieve a normal delivery, closely monitoring and supporting my wife for almost two and a half days. Despite all her efforts, when it became clear that an LSCS (Caesarean section) was necessary, her quick and prompt decision-making ensured both mother and baby's safety. The smooth transition from a prolonged normal delivery attempt to surgery reflected her expertise, presence of mind, and dedication to the best possible outcome. Our newborn was under the care of Dr. Mrudula, who provided excellent, thorough, and gentle attention. We always received clear updates about the baby's condition and practical guidance that helped us feel confident in those first critical hours. The nursing team at PRK deserves special mention -- they were attentive, prompt, and deeply caring throughout our stay. The ward and delivery areas were spotless and well-maintained, and the hospital's facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. Communication across the whole team (doctors, nurses, and support staff) was consistent and empathetic, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Sreelatha Jella, Dr. Mrudula, and the entire PRK Hospital team for their exceptional care. We had a healthy baby with Dr Sangamitra after 6 years. She is a miracle doctor. We are really lucky to have a great doctor like her. Her treatment is superb with positive results and I strictly recommend her for fertility problems.

PRK is an excellent hospital with good care and services. Good hospitality shown by whole staff. My spouse had undergone a surgery. I was treated under Dr. Chandrashekar Sir and the way he treated, explained the health condition very well. Here at PRK hospitals, infrastructure, food & nursing facilities are very established and services are good at each point.
