Dr shab is good, but the Medicart management is bad, they gave us time at 1pm and we got to meet the doctor at 3:30, they need to change the management style and if possible even one staff, and I don't understand, what's the point of taking online appointment, when they enroll your name, when you visit the clinic and pay them their fees, so what's the point of online appointment ? That's it, Overall Doctor Rakesh Das is great, But They need to solve their management problems.

Terrible Service and Lack of Professionalism I had a frustrating experience with the home service provided by this clinic for a holter test for my elderly father. Despite booking the slot between 11 AM to 12 PM, they denied the initial time and rescheduled it for 3 PM without any proper explanation. When I called at 3:13 PM as the technician hadn't arrived or contacted me, the receptionist merely cited slight rain as the reason for the delay. However, the weather cleared up by 3:45 PM, and I waited for an additional hour, but no technician showed up, nor did I receive any update from the clinic. Upon calling again, a different staff member answered and asked for my address and name, despite me having already provided these details earlier. When I confronted them about their lack of coordination, they played a blame game, passing the responsibility from one person to another. What's more concerning is their disregard for handling a critical patient's needs. Despite informing them that my elderly father had his own routine for medication and meals, they showed no urgency or empathy in providing the scheduled service. Overall, the experience with this clinic's home service was utterly unprofessional and disappointing. Their lack of coordination, poor communication, and disregard for patient convenience are unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against seeking services from such an unreliable and incompetent healthcare provider.

The doctor's service was wonderful but The Meditrust Healthcare service was very very poor and unprofessionalism. The home service for my elderly father's holter test was a nightmarish experience. Despite confirmed appointments, they rescheduled arbitrarily and failed to honor even the rescheduled time, showing incompetence and disregard for patients. Staff couldn't coordinate, provide updates, or show empathy towards critical patient needs.

I m from Delhi, reach agartala 4 pm, just started my attack approx 5.30 pm, information given to dr rakesh approximate 6.30, he done my surgery by 8.30 with full dedication & speedy, for me TEAM MEDITOWN agartala (DR ISHAN MISHRA, DR DDR, & TANMAY) & DR RAKESH DAS are like a god. Fully dedicated for the patients. In small town big doctors , thanks dr rakesh for giving a new life.

Dr. Rakesh Das is a very good doctor he treats all patients like his own person and maybe because of him I was able to bring my father home after recovery .God bless him.

Doctor is very friendly, polite and co-operative. He listens to patient's queries very carefully and provides good solution. Highly recommended.
