I am deeply disappointed with the care and responsibility shown by this hospital. My family placed our trust in this hospital, but their lack of professionalism and knowledge led to devastating consequences.
The staff seemed unprepared and inattentive, and critical actions were delayed or entirely neglected. It was heartbreaking to see such a lack of accountability in a place that should prioritize saving lives.
I urge the hospital management to seriously evaluate their staff's competence, improve their training, and take patient care seriously. No family should have to endure what we experienced."
