The whole staffs of this hospital is very2responsible,sincere and kind too. One day I met Mr. Jitendra Srivastav to take help he helped me like his own.so I felt that the Hospital and its staffs are very noble. I appreciate it. Thanks.

Hospital is Good but the TPA Neeraj is the worst. It is more than a month and I did not get refund of my money. And I had to take follow ups daily and he was always ready with a new excuse why he could not process refund. Do not leave the hospital before you get the money back. Its such a shame I have to give a single star to hospital because of probably 1 bad apple.

I recently visited your hospital and was disappointed by the arrogant behavior of some staff members. It's disheartening to see such unprofessional conduct in a place that should prioritize care and respect for visitors and patients. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hospital charges for parking. For an institution of this scale and importance, offering free or well-managed parking should be a basic service. What's more concerning is that the security guard was personally collecting parking fees and issuing receipts, which raises questions about transparency and whether this is an official practice.

This hospital is not a multi specialist hospital. It is more like a clinic where doctors of other specialty like lungs gives special guest appearance to an critically ill patient in ICU as per their convenience. Inspite of 100 of calls to dr. Prasoon kant (lungs) he visited my mother after 8-10 hrs of long wait and by the time he came, my mother passed away. There are no doctor visits on Sundays in ICU. This hospital doesn't have any inhouse doctors and patients are left on the mercy of nurses and inexperienced duty doctor. Their 5 star rating seems paid as their doctors are incompetent and unavailable to handle the critical cases.

Neeraj who looks at the insurance department in hospital has been incredibly helpful during our time at the hospital. His expertise in managing insurance made a significant difference for us, simplifying what could have been a complex process. His dedication and assistance truly made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. Having someone like Neeraj on your team at the hospital is invaluable.

We had my father's heart surgery at Devine Hospital, Lucknow about 15 months ago, and our experience has been excellent from surgery to ongoing care. Dr. Vishal, who performed the surgery, was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to walk us through every detail, answer all our questions, and made sure we were fully informed and comfortable throughout the process. His approach gave us great confidence at a very stressful time. Since then, my father has been under the regular care of Dr. V.S. Narayan, who in my view is the best heart specialist in Lucknow. His consistent attention, depth of knowledge, and clear guidance have made all the difference in my father's recovery and long-term health. The hospital staff were polite and professional, and though we paid the full cost out of pocket, the charges were quite reasonable considering the quality of care we received. I highly recommend Devine Hospital, especially Dr. Vishal and Dr. V.S. Narayan, for anyone seeking skilled and compassionate cardiac care in Lucknow.

All Chaotic. This place is just to churn out money. They literally force tests upon the patients. We had our 2 D echo test done at Apollo delhi 2 days before coming at Divine hospital and they still forced us to undergo 2 D echo test saying we won't consider echo report from Apollo hospital. That's a loot. To make things worsen further they have an utterly unprofessional staff. No body knows what's going around. Horrible experience.
