Unethical behaviour of desk staff topping the reaction of rude behaviour of Dr. Also

If you want to waste your money then go to this doctor.The staff is very rude and treats themselves as if they are the doctors.They only want your money nothing else.They made me come several times for my reimbursement bill and still did not sign.I have visited doctors of several hospitals,they sign the bills in one go.The doctor is very unkind and charges high fees for no reason.Worst clinic in rajajipuram.never ever going back to this clinic

Waste of time and money by taking treatment here

Not satisfied with this clinic's rule. I had taken medicine of fever n cold for five days ... But he denied to give me a medical certificate... If a dr who has treated u but deny to give certificate .... Will any other person will give it???

The interaction with doc was not upto the mark he complety denies to my request of visiting for my father to just look him once before surgical process he was in no mood of doing so instead he said I will come tomorrow for the visit

He is ok kind of doctor. His medicines are of high powers and repetitive. His diagnostic is very fearful..So take is light..He will say it might be minor heart attack, It might be kidney issue...Any patient will faint hearing such things. So he should not make people fearful...Rest medicines work

Requested for next day appointment and he told arroganlty come on next day to get the appointment as if people coming for treatment do not have jobs to do and have to waste their time daily to get appointments irrespective of the distance they cover to reach there...these doctors will never say no to any patients and will just give the patients some pills whether they have expertise in the health issue or not...showed his priscription in orther hospital they told that most tablets were just multi vitamins..

Most inhumane behaviour from this one in troubled times like these. Forces sick people to first come to his place and drop cash instead of taking online payments and them says will call them back, does not give them proper time and upon followed up with as to how to use the meds , he refers to the chemist knowing fully well chemists have their hands full. The worst part is this profit mongerer is an insult to the noble profession. He has even hiked up his online consultation fee to cash in on the situation. He does not do covid consultation so bad idea to contact him. We made the mistake and instead of telling is to contact another doctor, he called us to deposit the money in cash knowing well that the virus is airborne and then said will call back on his own. Literal insult to the insaniyat Lucknow is known for. Worst is when we returned with the covid positive report and sought his opinion , he refused to get involved any further and asked us to refer to the CMO. Most inhuman doctor I had to deal with. His degrees and experiences are no use if he can't can't maintain basic human values. He wrote half corona meds when contacted first and upon report being positive passed the buck. Nahi karte corona walon se deal to pehle hi bata dete. He broke our family's years worth of trust in a jiffy.
