I recently visited for GTT test and I had a positive experience. Ms Poonam Yadav who took my sample was very polite, professional and ensured everything was done hygienically. I barely felt the pain. It was clean, well organised and maintained proper safety protocols.

The Doctor Rahul Gupta Ortho,who did my surgery of multi fructured hand is an excellent on each front like knowledge, explaining the procedures, temperament and kind in nature. Hospital services are excellent, billing is very fast , transparent and prompt in compatrion to most of the big hospitals in NCR. The nursing staff is too polite, punctual in services.

She made the entire process smooth and comfortable, explaining each step of the test in detail. Her friendly and interactive approach truly stood out. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I appreciate the care and professionalism shown.

The lab staff, Ms. Baby Kumari was professional, courteous, and caring, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The sample collection is done with proper hygiene and care. Absolutely Pathetic Experience - Avoid for Health Checkups I had booked a full body checkup for my father at Apollo Hospital, Noida, and it turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. * Zero coordination: Total chaos at the health checkup desk. No queue system, no staff to manage flow. You're left confused and waiting endlessly. * Understaffed & poorly trained personnel: The few people available seemed overwhelmed, uninterested, and clueless about the process. * No proper communication: No one bothered to explain the tests, the sequence, or any fasting/instruction guidelines. I was blindly moved around without any clarity. * Wasted hours for nothing: I came early and still had to wait for hours with zero updates. * Zero respect for time or patient experience: I regret trusting Apollo with something as basic as a health checkup. You're better off going to a smaller diagnostic center where at least you're treated like a human. For a hospital of this scale, this level of mismanagement is inexcusable. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time, money, and sanity.
