My experience at Synergy Hospital was truly commendable. From the moment I was admitted until my discharge, everything was handled efficiently and with great professionalism. The doctors were thorough and ensured I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. Nurses were kind, responsive, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The hospital was spotless and followed all hygiene protocols diligently. Even the support staff were polite and helpful. I felt well looked after throughout my time there. With modern facilities and a strong focus on patient care, I would confidently recommend this hospital for anyone needing medical attention

Doctors are excellent but the staff and nurses are so arrogant , one of the nurse came to the ward and asked who is Mittal Sir's Patient and once I approached her ,are you calling us ? she said return the medicine that were used on your patient while she was in Emergency Ward and guess what ? We are not the one who have to return their medicines as we already cleared all the dues of medicines but when I asked which medicines mam she replied confidently "which were used on your patient " once I said ki show me the medicine that I have to return then all the nuisance created and all this happened because she randomly came in and said who are Mittal Sir's patient? And Hospital is a place where lots of patients could be treated by one doctor , and she didn't know the name of patient and when I told her to be lil bit precise with the patients then she started saying "ki mein thodi bulaya , khud hi toh aya yeh "(in a very rude and disgusting way) these are the words she used and courtesy to say all this without mentioning patient name or bed number Is literally commendable. Nice to see such things in a hospital where Nurses don't even know how to address things and behave properly. This is only one incident which I am mentioning but there are lots of other as well Thats how reputed hospitals treats you

My experience in this hospital is very nice, all nurses staff, cleaning staffs behavior is very good and always in service and speak politely. Dr. Rahul Gupta ji is very nice surgeon. He has given treatment to my father awesome. My father recovered very fast.

I am a patient of Ulcerative Colities since 2019 I am very confuse in starting what is my disease but Dr. Arvind kumar explained me very well about disease he is the best Gastroenterologist Doctor he is very polite Previous month I am admitted in synergy hospital because my disease is flare up and I have stomach pain immediately than they do My CT Scan after that in my small intestine I have illium perferation in my than Dr Arvind kumar consult me Dr Rahul Gupta who is the surgeon they explain me and family about my disease and after that they do My surgery and than the suregery is successful I am admitted synergy hospital around 15 days their staff is very polite the nursing staff is very good and helpful. My all experience was very good

One of most worst experience ever heard in this hospital they just charge unnecessary bills and not doing their work properly.... I had an accident and the people cleaning there did the dressing. I was bleeding the whole night after coming home and neither did I do proper dressing nor did I see any sign of it. It was a very useless experience, I am not expected this. I did not do it, the doctor was there, but instead of checking it himself, he was getting it done by some cleaner and did not even get a proper check done, then unexpectedly I did have to get it done from somewhere else , maybe something else would have happened to me, even if the money comes back, but not the human being....

Overall, everything seems good. The doctors are excellent--especially Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh, who is truly one of a kind. I've never came across a doctor like him and for no reason i will want to. The care provided is excellent, and the hospital offers a clean, comfortable environment. However, the discharge process needs serious improvement. Once the doctor discharges you, the actual process of getting released takes a very long time for no clear reason. When I asked about my file, I was told, "I have only two hands." An hour later, when I followed up again, I was told, "Aap niche jao aur baat kar lo." It made me feel like, perhaps because I didn't have insurance, my concerns were not prioritized. Except for this experience, everything else was good. If you have insurance, I believe this hospital will serve you well. But I must say, the staff and hospital process overall do not seem to value the time of patients or their attendants. There's a clear lack of respect for others' time. I hope the hospital authorities take this feedback seriously and make improvements so that future patients are not made to feel ignored or taken for granted.
