One of the hospitals that needs improvement in terms of management and discipline is the one I recently visited.
The staff at the booking desk behaved unprofessionally and did not respect my time.
I had made an appointment last Thursday, for Saturday and it was automatically rescheduled because the doctor was not available on Saturday. They gave me a new time for today from 2 to 4 p.m. I arrived within my time slot but was still made to wait. The duration of my wait is still uncertain.
If this is a first-come, first-served basis, then what is the purpose of online booking?
