I have been visiting Dr Dilip Kumar for my father from 2021. He has done the OT of my father and planted pacemaker. Since then my father is doing well and is under direct supervision of Dr Dilip Kumar. His behaviour is so well and explains everything precisely. My father is fit now , his heart rate has increased to 45. Extremely happy to be under Dr Dilip Kumar's supervision.

I have been visiting Dr Dilip Kumar since being operated with one stent since 2018. It has been quite sometime now, under his medication and advice, have been in excellent health for all these years. I visited him for my father, he didn't check reports properly and didn't diagnose currently, didn't mentioned any findings from holter test as well. Holter test clearly indicating to bradycardia and tachycardia but he said only come if you got senseless otherwise come after 6 months. I had to visit another doctor after him for a proper guidance,

I took both my parents and our billing was done under eastern railway scheme. After waiting for 15-20 mins we were called in his consultation cabin. And there starts our saga of the most pathetic experience. My father, who is 70, said he was suffering from palpitations. Without getting into any details he wrote a list of tests. We were stll ok with that. Then comes my mother's chance. She was suffering from pedal edema (swelling of both feet)since January. He did not bother to check anything. In fact he asked her to come near him to check the feet but got a call and then completely forgot about it, his opeinio of a 65 year old patient, who needs a knee transplant is "reduce at least 20kg".of course he dost know about the knee issue as he dis not bother to check or ask. My father made a huge mistake of asking can the edema cause because of her bone condition, and thats when all hell broke loose. His reaction to a senior citizen couple "just because i an seeing health scheme patients doesnt mean i am a small doctor. Who even gave you the appointment? I only see health scheme patients on Thursdays.just because you people have health scheme, you people come and visit doctors at your own whims and fancies. I have been in US where it takes 6 months to get a cardiologist appointment. I dont even know what i am doing in this hospital (considering he is in a directorial position). My juniors see health scheme patients i dont!! It was so insulting that i had to visit the hospital grievance cell and register a compliant. He may he god for some people(according to reviews) but to me he is nothing but a businessman who doesn't have the basic courtesy of talking to people.

I brought my relative to the hospital when he suffered from chest pain. He was immediately taken under Dr. Kumar for angioplast and angiograph. Even before the reports came back Dr.Kumar was able to diagonose his problem and did the operation. If today my relative is alive and healthy it is due to this person.
